Research On The Distribution Characteristics And Medication Rules Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting clinical case information of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,using Chinese medicine intelligent(assisted)diagnosis and treatment software and data mining analysis technology.To discuss the law of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis as a whole to provide references for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:Categorize the literature and clinical cases of 400 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,establish a "idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis clinical case database",use Microsoft Office Excel 2013,SPSS 23.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 analysis software,to realize frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,to explore the distribution characteristics of syndromes and syndrome differentiation and treatment strategies of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Results:1.Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is mainly located in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.The disease is mainly sputum,qi deficiency,heat,dampness,and yin deficiency.The combination of syndrome elements are as follows:?Lung,large intestine,surface,dryness,sputum,wind;?Spleen,dampness,qi deficiency,water stagnation;? Heart,stomach,small intestine,thoracic diaphragm,blood stasis;?Liver,gallbladder,stagnation of qi,heat,Yang hyperactivity;? Kidney,Yin deficiency,Qi is not solid,cold.2.The core symptoms of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are cough,phlegm,wheezing,yellow phlegm,shortness of breath,thin phlegm,chest tightness,and shortness of breath.Common syndromes are:?
