Acupuncture Point On Stress Level After Hip Replacement In The Elderly Influence On The State Of Hemagglutination

Objective: To give elderly patients undergoing hip replacement preventive intervention by using acupoint acupuncture and according to syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine,and study and analyze the effect of acupoint acupuncture on stress response and blood coagulation status in the elderly after hip replacement,providing experimental data for clinical acupoint acupuncture regulating surgical stress response.Methods: According to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated.84 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in the department of orthopedics of Shandong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the blind and random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine orthopedic treatment during the perioperative period,while the observation group was additionally given acupoint(Hegu,Xuehai,Liangqiu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Neiguan)acupuncture intervention.Changes of perioperative stress response indexes[epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)] and indexes of blood coagulation state [activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were observed.The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Related data were entered in the SPSS19.0 database system for statistical analysis.Results: There was no significant difference in general data such as gender,age,BMI,course of disease and operative time between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in E,NE or Cor between the two groups at T1(P > 0.05).Compared with T1,E,NE and Cor in the two groups were significantly higher at T2,T3 and T4,and they were significantly higher in the control group than the observation group at each time point(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in PT,TT,APTT or FIB at T1(P > 0.05).Compared with T1,PT,TT,APTT and FIB in the two groups were increased significantly at T2,T3 and T4,and they were significantly higher in the control group than the observation group at each time point(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at T1(P > 0.05),and VAS scores of the observation group at T2,T3 and T4 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis and cognitive dysfunction and the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of other adverse events(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint(Hegu,Xuehai,Liangqiu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Neiguan)acupuncture points can regulate stress response and blood coagulation state in elderly patients after hip replacement,and it can effectively relieve postoperative pain and reduce deep vein thrombosis and other adverse reactions.
