Allium Chinense is a traditional edible and medicinal plant.It is rich in nutrients,such as sugar,protein,amino acid,calcium,phosphorus,iron,carotene,vitamin C and other nutrients.At the same time,it is also rich in plantchemical components,such as sulfur compounds,saponins,polysaccharides,nitrogen compounds and so on.It has many physiological functions,such as protecting cardiovascular system,antibacterial and bacteriostatic,anticancer and anticancer,antioxidant and enhancing immunity.However,there are few reports about the antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects of different polar parts of the head.In this paper,single factor and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Radix Allium Chinense.The total reducing capacity,DPPH scavenging rate,ABTS scavenging rate,OH scavenging rate and O2-scavenging rate were used as positive control to study the antioxidant activity of different polar parts of Radix Allium Chinense in vitro.The antimicrobial activities of essential oil,n-butanol phase,ethyl acetate phase,dichloromethane relative to Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus thuringiensis,Enterococcus faecalis,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillussubtilis,Bacillusthuringiensis,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Escherichia coli in vitro were studied by broth microdilution method.The tablet formulation was determined by orthogonal test,and the oral tablet was prepared by wet granulation pressing method.The concrete results are as follows:?1?The optimum conditions for extracting volatile oil from fresh Allium Chinense were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1:3,ultrasonic wave was used at 25?for 30 minutes,the volatile oil was extracted for 2 hours,ether was added to the scale,and the mixture was discharged to wipe dry ether.The light yellow oily liquid with strong irritating odor was obtained with the extraction rate of 0.0356%.?2?Five different polar parts of the head have certain antioxidant capacity in Allium Chinense.Among them,the order of total reducing capacity,DPPH,ABTS,and OH scavenging capacity was n-butanol phase>ethyl acetate phase>dichloromethane phase>crude extract>water phase,while the order of O2-scavenging capacity was n-butanol phase>ethyl acetate phase>crude extract>water phase>dichloromethane phase.The results showed that the n-butanol phase had the strongest antioxidant activity in Allium Chinense,followed by the ethyl acetate phase and the ethanol crude extract from the roots.?3?The five extracts of Allium chinense had different inhibitory effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus thuringiensis,Enterococcus faecalis,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Acinetobacter baumannii,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.Aqueous extract,ethanolextract,n-butanolphaseandethylacetate phase.Compared with Pseudomonas aeruginosa,chloroform and chloroform had antibacterial activity,and the antibacterial effect was in the following order:water phase,n-butanol phase,ethanol phase,ethyl acetate phase,dichloromethane phase;water phase,ethanol phase and volatile oil had antibacterial activity against Bacillus thuringiensis,and the antibacterial activity of the volatile oil was stronger than that of water phase and ethanol phase.The cephalic and volatile oils had antibacterial activities against Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus subtilis,and the antibacterial activities against Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus subtilis were as follows:the volatile oils of coriander were stronger than those of coriander water,but only the volatile oils of coriander had antibacterial activities against Pneumococcus.?4?The best prescription of Radix Allium Chinensis Oral Tablets is:microcrystalline cellulose 80%,PVPP 1%,PVP K30 5%,magnesium stearate 0.5%,mannitol 2%,mixed with 11.5%Radix Allium Chinensis Flavonoids Extract,prepared by wet granulation,tablet compression,film coating,Preparated Oral Tablets of Allium Chinensis in which saponins The content was 12.67 mg/tablets.
