Xinjiang Kazak And Han Late Pregnancy Pregnant Placenta Tissues SFlt-1 With Preeclampsia

Objective: 1.To explore sFlt-1(Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1)in different ethnic groups in xinjiang preeclampsia patients with placenta,the differences in the expression level of organization,clarify sFlt-1 in the role of different nationalities pregnancy outcome.2.Method: Collection of patients with preeclampsia(PE),a total of 50 patients with kazak and han,(NP)of 60 cases of normal control group.The qRT-PCR determination of the experimental group and normal group sFlt-1 the expression level of placental tissue.3.Results:1.SFlt-1 in preeclampsia patients than normal pregnancy control group high expression in placenta tissue and found two more line in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy pregnant placenta tissue sFlt-1 level difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);2.General cases,the kazak preeclampsia group compared with normal group,in addition to the weight,the other difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01);Han Chinese general cases,preeclampsia way and comparison between the normal group,in addition to age,other differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The kazak gestational age,birth weight of preeclampsia group was obviously lower than normal group,with significant difference(P < 0.01);By the same token,the han nationality of preeclampsia birth weight and gestational age levels also significantly lower than normal group,also has a significant difference(P < 0.01).4.The kazak hemoglobin levels in preeclampsia group significantly lower than the han ethnic group,with significant difference(P < 0.01);Kazak group of hemoglobin level in the normal group was obviously lower than that of han group,the difference between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.01);Kazak creatinine levels in preeclampsia group was obviously higher than that of the han nationality,statistically significant difference(P <0.01),and the urea nitrogen level is low than the han nationality,the difference wasstatistically significant(P < 0.01);The han nationality and creatinine levels in preeclampsia group was obviously higher than that of the normal group,and the differences between statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Conclusion: SFlt-1 are closely associated with the onset of late pregnancy,preeclampsia,mother son outcomes associated with the development of preeclampsia,sFlt-1 to be used to predict the onset of preeclampsia can,in the first trimester of pregnancy testing the levels of serum sFlt-1,may be an effective prevention and control of the new development direction of gestational hypertension disease.
