Objective:To observe the serum CA199 level and its correlation factors in pa tients with diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome.Met-hods: Choose between January 2016 and January 2017 in Xinjiang Medical university first affiliated hosp ital endocrinology 50 cases of diabetic patients in hospital and 52 cases of diabeti c patients with metabolic syndrome as the two teams,in the same period selected50 cases of healthy physical examination personnel for the control group;Compari son of general data of the three groups; The correlation between serum CA199 and metabolic indexes in patients with simple diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus was analyzed. After controlling for other factors, the effect of a single metabolic in dex on serum CA199 was studied. Results: The variance analysis indicated that the re was a difference between the three groups of serum CA199(F=19.753,P < 0.001).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that low density lipoprotein had the hig hest correlation coefficient with CA199(r=0.469,p< 0.001);It was also associated with glycosylated hemoglobin(r=0.332,p=0.016);Multivariate linear regression anal ysis indicated that low density lipoprotein and glycated hemoglobin were independ ent risk factors affecting CA199.Conclusion: In patients with diabetes mellitus wi th metabolic syndrome, serum CA199 non-malignant elevation may be related to a bnormal blood lipid metabolism.
