The medical industry is closely related to the lives of the people and is one of the important public service sectors.At present,the people’s demand for health is growing rapidly.In the further improvement of medical services,patient satisfaction has risen to a new height.How to improve patient satisfaction has brought new challenges to hospitals.Based on the previous research,this paper adopts the PDCA cycle model as a research tool,and selects a hospital in F province as a case study.Through literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey,through the patient service center of a hospital in the current stage.The patient satisfaction management practice was studied.According to the four links of P,D,C and A,the satisfaction management practice of a hospital was analyzed in depth.The problems of the current hospital were summarized from the government and hospital levels.It also conducts the corresponding cause analysis and proposes reasonable measures.
