The Research Of PDCA To The Triage Nurse Ability And The Influence Of Patients' Satisfaction

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the application of PDCA in quality management of emergency triage results.Methods: The PDCA management consist of 12 nurses from first-class hospital emergency departments.Train the members of the team learning the theoretical knowledge of PDCA management,understanding the meaning of the PDCA management,being familiar with theusage.The PDCA management team standard care form books aiming to guarantee the accuracy of the data.The investigation objects are the patient's nursing process from July 2014-December 2014,the patients of this time period according to the sufferings of conventional program to see a doctor.That is registered to the corresponding department after triaging assessment.Give the corresponding treatment by the nurse after the doctor's cure.The PDCA management team investigate the quality of emergency first-aid nursing,find out the problems of nursing quality,including the lower patient triage accuracy and nursing satisfaction,and the longer treatment time of acute and critically ill patients.To solve these problems,further analysis reasons,make a plan,implement plan,monitor checking regularly,improve the quality continuously.In the emergency department accepts patients nursing process statistical investigation again,compared to improve before and after improvement of corresponding vegetation.Results: Compared with the improvement,improve patient triage accuracy rate and nursing satisfaction significantlly,and shorten the treatment time of acute and critically ill patients.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of PDCA in the triage nurse ability and the influence of patient satisfaction,significantly improve the accuracy of emergency triage and the degree of patients' satisfaction with nursing care,shorten the treatment time of acute and critically ill patients,improve the quality of management of emergency triage.Nursing management of PDCA can be used as a simple and reliable quality control management tools.
