Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of the patients with vertigo.Methods:collected 151 cases of patients with vertigo,the vertigo patients gender,age,clinical symptoms,pure tone audiometry,ECoG,high stimulation of auditory brainstem response,vestibular function examination were analyzed to summarize the clinical characteristics of vertigo.Results:?151 patients with vertigo,50 cases were male,101 were female,male to female ratio was 1:2.02,the age of 20-80 years,51-60 years for 63 cases,in the first place,accounted for 41.72%;41-50 years for 30 cases,accounting for 19.87%;61-70 years for 24 cases,accounting for 15.89%;18 cases of 31-40 years old 21-30,accounting for 11.92%;at the age of 10 cases,accounting for 6.63%;less than 20 years for 4 cases,accounting for 2.65%;71-80 years for 2 cases,accounting for 1.32%.?151 cases of vertigo patients,rotation or around the body to feel the rotation of the total of 100%;nausea and vomiting in 100 cases,accounting for 66.23%;50 cases of tinnitus,ear fullness accounted for 33.11%;47 cases,accounting for 31.12%;hearing loss in 40 cases,accounting for 26.49%;20 cases of headache,photophobia,fear accounted for 13.24%;the sound of 16 cases,accounting for 10.59%;visual aura in 10 people,accounting for 6.62%.?67 cases of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,there were 20 males and females in 47 cases,male and female patients in the sex ratio of 1:2.35.67 cases of pure tone audiometry hearing examination,63 cases of normal,accounted for 94.03%,4 cases of abnormal hearing,5.97%.67 routine binaural caloric test temperature,abnormal results of 57 cases,accounting for 85.07%,the normal 10 cases,accounting for 14.93%..40 cases of Meniere's disease patients,there were 14 males and females in 26 cases,male and female patients in sex ratio of 1:1.85.40 cases of pure tone audiometry,all sensorineural hearing loss.Of 40 cases,10 cases were normal,accounting for 25%,and 30 cases were abnrmal,accounting for 75%.22 cases of high stimulation auditory brainstem response test,the results of normal in 18 cases,accounting for 81.82%,the results of abnormal in 4 cases,accounting for 18.17%.patients underwent binaural caloric test temperature,abnormal in 33 cases,accounting for 82.5%,7 cases of normal persons,accounting for 17.5%.?32 cases of vestibular migraine patients,there were 8 males and females in 24 cases,male and female patients in sex ratio of 1:3.for pure tone audiometry were normal in 27 cases,accounting for 84.38%,5 cases of abnormal,accounted for 12 cases,15.63%.electrocochleography were normal.32 cases of high stimulation ABR examination,normal in 9 cases,accounting for 28.13%in 23 cases,abnormal,accounted for 32 of 71.88%.patients underwent binaural caloric test temperature,abnormal in 7 cases,accounting for 21.88%,25 cases of normal persons,accounting for 78.12%.?12 patients with vestibular neuritis,there were 8 males and females in 4 cases,male and female patients in sex ratio of 2:1.for pure tone audiometry,hearing were normal.12 cases underwent binaural caloric test was abnormal temperature.Conclusion:?Women often appear dizziness,vertigo mainly in 51-60 years old,between the ages of 41-50 for the more than and 2,benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common cause of disease.?The abnormal rate of MD was 75%,and it was an auxiliary examination for MD diagnosism.MV high stimulation rate ABR abnormal rate is high,up to 71.88%.?Meniere's disease patients with pure tone audiometry and caloric test abnormalities than patients with vestibular migraine,but high stimulus rate abnormal auditory brainstem responses to vestibular migraine patients more.
