Research On The Key Problems Of Medical Big Data Sharing

Medical detection technology,storage technology,Internet,IoT and other technologies make the medical and health field of our country accumulate large data levels of medical data.Medical informatization makes a large amount of medical data stored in the traditional way of paper stored in the information system of hospital in digital form,which provides an opportunity for medical data sharing.It is of great significance to improve the diagnosis and service level of hospitals and health service organizations and to promote the development of healthy industries through the data mining and analysis by big data analysis technology.National level issued a series of policy documents to promote the development of medical big data,provinces and cities have issued a policy document to promote the development of medical big data.Relying on the daily progress of computer network technology and the maturing of national policies and regulations,the collection and storage of medical big data is becoming better and better.At the same time,based on the integration of information resources integration and other technologies,as well as the continuous improvement of informatization level in China's medical field,preliminary progress has been made in medical data sharing.However,at present,the medical data sharing in our country is still in the lower level,the medical data fall less and the medical value is difficult to develop.This paper mainly research the key problems of medical data sharing from the perspective of information research,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of medical data sharing in China.On the basis of literature research,the present situation of medical data sharing at home and abroad is compared and summarized.This paper investigates the definition,characteristics and classification of medical big data,and then introduces the meaning,process and significance of medical data sharing.Then studies the key problems that influence the sharing of medical big data.Through the SWOT model to analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of participating in medical big data sharing among government,Medical insurance related departments,hospitals,medical institutions,research institutions,and intermediaries,and patients.Through game theory,the benefit matrix of decision-making among the medical institutions is constructed.This paper analyzes the benefits and the influencing factors of the different agencies when they take active sharing and passive sharing strategy.Subsequently,the paper explores the development prospect of block chain in medical,medical insurance,medicine and genomics,and proposed a medical data sharing platform architecture based on blockchain technology.Finally,puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of medical data sharing in China,which provides reference and basis for further development of medical data,and hopes to promote the change of medical treatment,health care,medicine,medical research and medical and health decision-making,Assist related industry development.
