BackgroundThrough an in-depth research and investigation on the nursing ability and job satisfaction of nursing staffs in a second-grade class-A hospital,this paper summarizes and analyzes whether there is a greater connection between the hierarchical management model and these two aspects,In this way,the working efficiency of nursing staff in the hospital is continuously enhanced and provide feasible Suggestions to improve service quality.MethodsThrough Quasi experimental method,it made a deeply investigation and study for the work of clinical nursing staffs in a second-grade class-A hospital.The survey method was in the form of questionnaire,which included the work situation,ability scale and satisfaction.The main purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in nurses' abilities in various aspects after the application of hierarchical management from June 2016 to June 2017,Finally,SPSS 19.0 software was used for in-depth analysis of the data.ResultsFinally,the total score of nursing ability was 74.38,with the highest score for critical patient,followed by management score,communication score,and finally professional and nursing program application score(F--32.428,P<0.01).Nursing ability was affected by various factors such as age,working time,education level,family factors,development prospect,attention level,monthly night shift frequency,professional title,whether to participate in hierarchical management and so on,and there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Job satisfaction score was 79.92,management satisfaction score was the highest,followed by salary satisfaction and promotion satisfaction,and social recognition satisfaction score was the lowest(f-24.831,p<0.01).Job satisfaction was affected by various factors such as age,working hours,educational level,family factors,development prospects,emphasis,number of night shifts per month,professional titles and whether or not they participated in hierarchical management work,and there were significant statistical differences(p<0.05).After fully utilizing hierarchical management,nurses' abilities and job satisfaction scores were greatly improved(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe ability of nursing staffs in a second-grade class-A hospital is relatively at a medium level,and there are still many deficiencies in some aspects which needs to be constantly improved and upgraded.Job satisfaction is also at a medium level.Hospital management should attach great importance to the work and life needs of nursing staff,improve their welfare benefits as much as possible and broaden the promotion channels of professional titles.It is concluded that the nursing ability of nursing staff is affected by a series of factors such as age,working hours,educational level,family factors,development prospects,emphasis,number of night shifts per month,professional titles,etc.Conduct stratified training in the hospital can greatly enhance the working ability and satisfaction of nursing staff at different levels,so that they can continuously improve themselves and provide higher quality services for patients,meet the nursing needs of patients,and promote the better and faster development of hospitals.
