A University In Changchun,the Professional Nursing Undergraduate Students' Self-directed Learning Readiness Survey Research

Purpose:This research surveys a university nursing undergraduate students in changchun(Hereinafter referred to as the nursing undergraduates)the present situation of the self-directed learning readiness through the way of questionnaire,analysis the influence factors of the school of nursing undergraduates self-directed learning readiness.In order to provide the reference and basis for improving self-directed learning readiness of nursing undergraduates.Method:Cross-sectional investigation.With the convenient sampling method,In June 2017,a total of 424 freshmen and junior college nursing students in a university in Changchun are selected as the subjects.General information questionnaire and Self-Learning Readiness Scale are issued and the questionnaire survey is carried out by anonymous way.After collecting the data,the database is set up by Excel,and the data analysis is carried out with the SPSS 22 statistical software.Result:1 The object of this study is 424 cases,the self-directed learning readiness total score is 149.79± 16.11 points,the highest score is Desire for Learning,followed by Self-Control and the lowest score of Self-Management.2 Single factor analysis results of the self-directed learning readiness of the university's nursing undergraduates show that there are statistically significant factors(p<0.05):grade,age group,whether the law of life,the satisfaction of self-image,whether to take part in physical exercise,admission to school,motivation of learning,whether they like the major,whether self-feeling is difficult to learn,whether with the aid of network resources learning,whether for career planning,whether the future is full of confidence,whether they have participated in the training of "group learning",the classroom atmosphere in the course of teaching,The frequency of teachers' judgmental attitude towards knowledge,the frequency of teachers'confidence and passion in teaching and the frequency of valuable teaching content.3 The multiple stepwise regression analysis show that,whether they like the major,whether self-feeling is difficult to learn,whether with the aid of network resources learning,whether for career planning,whether the future is full of confidence,whether they have participated in the training of "group learning",the frequency of teachers'judgmental attitude towards knowledge and the frequency of valuable teaching content,they could explain the 32.6 percent of the variation in the self-directed learning readiness of nursing undergraduates.Conclusion:1.The level of self-directed learning readiness for undergraduate nursing students in a university in Changchun is in the middle level,and it still needs to be further improved,especially the ability of Self-Management.2.The influence factors of nursing undergraduates in self-directed learning readiness are as follows:grade,age group,whether the law of life,the satisfaction of self-image,whether to take part in physical exercise,admission to school,motivation of learning,whether they like the major,whether self-feeling is difficult to learn,,whether with the aid of network resources learning,whether for career planning,whether the future is full of confidence,whether they have participated in the training of "group learning",the classroom atmosphere in the course of teaching,the frequency of teachers' judgmental attitude towards knowledge,the frequency of teachers' confidence and passion in teaching and the frequency of valuable teaching content.3.The independent influence factors of the degree of self-directed learning readiness for this college nursing undergraduates are as follows:whether they like the major,whether self-feeling is difficult to learn,whether with the aid of network resources learning,whether for career planning,whether the future is full of confidence,whether they have participated in the training of "group learning",the frequency of teachers' judgmental attitude towards knowledge and the frequency of valuable teaching content.The frequency of teachers'judgmental attitude towards knowledge and the frequency of valuable teaching content have a positive predictive effect on the total score of self-directed learning readiness for undergraduate nursing students.Whether they like the major,whether self-feeling is difficult to learn,whether with the aid of network resources learning,whether for career planning,whether the future is full of confidence and whether they have participated in the training of"group learning" have a negative predictive effect on the total score of self-directed learning readiness for undergraduate nursing students.
