With the continuous development of science and technology, the application of microelectronics technology has made great progress in imaging technology. However, advanced equipment such as electrocardiography,B-ultrasonography,X-ray fluoroscopy,CT,and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging have the intuitiveness and certainty of observing lesions, but they do not provide a complete and systematic diagnosis of human physiological systems. This deficiency.Impedance pulse detection is a method of measuring the change in concentration by measuring the electrical impedance spectrum characteristic of blood and using the relationship between the electrical characteristics of other components and blood. In this paper,a heart rate pulse measurement system based on Arduino controller and PulseSensor photoelectric sensor is set up,and the pulse signal is collected by using the wired transmission method.A pulse acquisition interface based on MATLAB GUI was designed. The serial port communication was used to achieve pulse data acquisition. The MATLAB program was designed to process and analyze the data. The characteristics of the pulse wave signal and the influencing factors affecting pulse wave detection accuracy were analyzed.Based on the transformation theory, the frequency domain extraction characteristics of the pulse wave impedance are extracted, and the influence of the cut length of the pulse wave data segment on the detection accuracy is discussed.Because the detection of pulse wave impedance is related to the structure of the arm,the model is established based on the anatomical characteristics of the human arm.Using the finite element calculation method, the distribution of voltage and current inside the model is explored, and the effect of voltage and current in the model of the distribution of the excitation electrode is compared. Finally, the impedance measurement of the human pulse was performed using an embedded impedance measurement system made in the laboratory. The data is calculated in MATLAB,such as band-pass filtering and fast Fourier transform. The WK6500B impedance analyzer was used to obtain the impedance variation of the human body at different frequencies.
