The electrical impedance endotomography (EIE) is developed on the basis of the electrical impedance tomography (EIT). By using EIE, the impedance measuring electrodes placing at the centre of the catheters are inserted directly into the organs to inject safe current and to measure voltage. Based on any result measured, graphics can be reconstructed in order to redistribute the electrical impedance. Due to the direct insertion, EIE is more accurate than EIT in imaging impedance distribution within organs.Firstly, the thesis summarizes the principle of EIE imaging and makes a review on current researches. The numerical computation methods of EIE reconstruction are analyzed, and the simulation of cylindrical vessels of finite element method(FEM) model is established. By using FEM, EIE forward problem is calculated. Then, the basic theory of parameterization is introduced, the 2D and 3D parametric models are built. FEM is combined to compute the forward problem. At last, the differential evolution (DE)algorithm is studied, with which EIE inverse problem is solved based on parameterization. The results show the reconstructions are coincidence with the initial image, which achieving the original purpose of the thesis.
