Objective:To discusses the expression of P53 protein,PTEN protein and HER2 protein and relationship with clinical characteristics of epithelial ovarian cancer, and to provide certain reference and basis for treatment and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:56 cases with primary epithelial ovarian cancer were selected in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expression of P53,PTEN and HER2 in the two groups. The correlations of P53,PTEN and HER2 expression with age, pathology staging, histological type and clinical pathological grading, lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results:Expression of P53 protein in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues: The positive P53 protein expression rate in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was53.57%.The positive P53 protein expression rate in patients with middle and high differentiation(19.23%)was significantly lower than that in patients with low differentiation(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=23.011,p<0.01).The positive P53 protein expression rate in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(9.52%)was significantly lower than that in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=26.210,p<0.01).The expression of P53 was independent of age, histological type and lymph node metastasis.Expression of PTEN protein in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues: The positive PTEN protein expression rate in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was32.14%.The positive PTEN protein expression rate in patients with middle and high differentiation(50.00%)was significantly higher than that in patients with lowdifferentiation(16.67%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=7.096,p<0.01).The positive P53 protein expression rate in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(38.10%)was significantly higher than that in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(14.29%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=13.645,p<0.01).The positive P53 protein expression rate in patients with lymph node metastasis(20.00%)was significantly lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(54.84%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=7.042,p<0.01).The expression of P53 was independent of age, histological type.Expression of HER2 protein in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues: The positive HER2 protein expression rate in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was50.00%.The positive HER2 protein expression rate in patients with middle and high differentiation(34.61%)was significantly lower than that in patients with low differentiation(63.33%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=4.595,p<0.05).The positive HER2 protein expression rate in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(28.57%)was significantly lower than that in patients with FIGO pathology staging ? ~ ?(62.86%),the difference was statistically significant(?2=8.309,p<0.05).The expression of HER2 was independent of age, histological type and lymph node metastasis.Relationship between P53,PTEN,HER2 protein expression and prognosis in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues: The expression intensity of P53 protein and HER2 protein were negatively correlated with the prognosis in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues(?2=10.210,P<0.01,?2=9.436,P<0.01),and the expression intensity of PTEN protein was positively correlated with the prognosis in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues(?2=18.013,P<0.01).Correlation analysis of P53,PTEN and HER2 protein expression in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues: In epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,P53 protein expression was positively correlated with HER2 expression(r=0.561),and P53 protein expression was negatively correlated with PTEN protein expression(r=-0.304),and HER2 protein expression was negatively correlated with PTEN protein expression(r=-0.543).Conclusion:1.P53: Low tissue differentiation, late clinical stage and high expression of P53.2.PTEN: Low tissue differentiation, late clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, low expression of PTEN.3.HER2: The lower tissue differentiation, the later clinical stage, the higher expression of HER2.4.P53 and HER2 were negatively correlated with prognosis, while PTEN was positively correlated with prognosis. It can be used as an indicator of treatment and prognosis.5.P53 is positively correlated with HER2,P53 is negatively correlated with PTEN and HER2 is negatively correlated with PTEN.There are synergistic effects among them in the development of ovarian cancer.Combined detection is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis monitoring of epithelial ovarian cancer.
