| Objective:This study makes a statistical analysis of the present situation of the human injury degree in the cases of intentional injury in Siping from 2014 to 2017,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant departments to prevent and control local cases of intentional injury and to save judicial costs.Provide decision support services for decision makers.It also provides the next step for forensic practitioners to improve ideas and objectives.Provide data support and decision-making guidance in the identification of human injury degree.Method:In this study,we selected more than 1300 identification of human injury degree in SiPing urban area(including TieDong District and TieXi District)from 2014 to 2017,extracted key word fields such as age,sex,injury site,and so on,established an electronic database of injury identification,and analyzed the high-incidence time,high-risk population and high-incidence site.The correlation between the injured site,the degree of injury,and the injured object/tool were analyzed,and the consistency of the identification results were analyzed too.And draw corresponding visualization maps.Results:In this study,1280 cases of identification of human injury degree in Siping urban area from 2014 to 2017 were included.256 cases(20%)in the first quarter,381 cases(29.77%)in the second quarter,396 cases(30.94%)in the third quarter,247 cases(19.30%)in the fourth quarter of 2014-2017.The majority of the victims of intentional injuries were male.The ratio of male to female is 3.94:1.The majority of the cases were young adults,of whom the 40-49 age group accounted for 23.67%.The top ten ranking rates in different regions are Pingxi(10.16%),YangGuang(8.05%),ZhanQian(7.81%),SiMaLu(6.72%),Dizhi(6.17%),YingXiong(6.09%),PingDong(5.63%),BeiShiChang(5.54),JieFang(5.47%)and PingNan(5.08%).Of the 1280 cases of human injuries,432 were facial injuries,accounting for 34.84%,followed by skull and spinal cord injuries,231(18.63%),the third was compound injuries,219(17.66%),the fourth was spinal and limb injuries,165(13.31%)and other injuries were less.,such as hearing organ,visual organ,neck,body surface and so on.Of the 1280 cases of human injury,minor injurie are 648 cases(50.63%),light injury are 545 cases(42.58%),of which 127 cases(9.92%)are light injury level 1 and 418 cases(32.66%)are light injury level 2,and serious injuries are 46 cases(3.59%),of which 3 cases(0.23%)are serious injuries level 1 and 43 cases(3.36%)are serious injuries level 2.In this study,674 cases(52.66%)of the injuries were caused by fists and legs.The number of blunt injuries was 290 cases(22.66%).The number of sharp injuries was 266 cases(20.78%)and the The number of others injuries was 10 cases(0.78%).Conclusion:In the last four years,the incidence of intentional injuries in the second and third quarters of SiPing urban area is obviously higher than that in the first and fourth quarters.The majority of injured people are male.At the same time,the number of juveniles injuries has increased in recent years.The high incidence is located in Ping Xi,YangGuang,ZhanQian,SiMaLu and DiZhi.Fist and foot injuries ranked first among the injuries,minor injuries ranked first in the degree of injury,head,face and neck injuries were the most,head,face and neck injuries and combined injuries were mainly blunt injuries and fist and foot injuries,chest and abdomen injuries and trunk and limbs injuries were mainly sharp injuries.Of the 1280 identification of human injury degree,89.13% were accurate.At the same time,the proportion of re-assessments was decreasing year by year. |
