Objective:Through the research and analysis of 286 stroke rehabilitation patients and their families who were hospitalized in a rehabilitation specialist hospital, the European Dictionary studied the rehabilitation costs and factors affecting the rehabilitation costs of stroke patients, analyzed the composition of the rehabilitation costs, and summarized the factors affecting the rehabilitation costs. It provides necessary data and theoretical support for the formulation and planning of medical insurance policy to reduce the overall rehabilitation cost of stroke patients and the rehabilitation medical treatment of stroke patients.Patients with stroke who were hospitalized and rehabilitated in a rehabilitation college in Harbin from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected for research. To collect the general condition of the patient(including sex,age of onset of rehabilitation, geographical origin, educational level, occupation, family income),the condition of stroke(including type of stroke, location, time of onset of stroke, number of hospitalizations for stroke rehabilitation,The number of strokes occurring),the basic diseases and family genetic tendencies of stroke patients, the need for and cost of accompany care, the cost of hospitalization of stroke patients, and the source of rehabilitation expenses.Questionnaire entry and database establishment using EpiData3.1 software,IBMSPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among the patients selected in this study, the number of male patients was 175,accounting for 61.2 %,and the proportion of female patients was 111,accounting for 38.8 %.The proportion of patients aged between 41 and 60 who started rehabilitation was 41 %,and the proportion of people over 60 was 46.9 %.The share from towns was 75.9 per cent and from rural areas 24.1 per cent.2.In the case of stroke type in this survey, the proportion of hemorrhagic stroke was relatively high, accounting for 50.7%,and the proportion of ischemic stroke was 39.9%.3.In terms of investigating the number of patients, the second incidence of stroke patients accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 50.3%,and 16.4% of the respondents had the third incidence.4.In the presence or absence of family or genetic predisposition,40.9% of patients had no family or genetic predisposition, and 11.9% had family or genetic predisposition.5.In this survey,55 % of patients were required to be hospitalized once a year. Each time, they were admitted to hospital for more than 20 days.6.In the cost survey for each hospitalization,54.9 % of patients had a cost of more than 10,000 yuan per stay, and 31.8 % had a cost of more than 4,000 yuan.7.In the survey on the fair perception of the cost of rehabilitation treatment, patients had a higher rate of acceptance of PT,OT,acupuncture, and massage(31.3 % and 30.6 % respectively),while the fair perception of the cost of escort and drug treatment was relatively low(7.9 % and 17 % respectively).8.In the survey of the functional status that the patient most wants to change and the willingness to spend in order to obtain functional recovery in this area, the proportion of patients who want to resume walking and hand function is relatively high,at 35.6% and 26.7%,for which 43.7% The patient is willing to bear more than 8,000 yuan in expenses.9.Through this survey, the family income of stroke patients is very different before and after the onset. For example,17.1 % of the family income above 8,000 yuan before the onset of illness, and 7.0 % after the onset of illness.10.In the survey of the rehabilitation expenses and reimbursement of 286 patients with stroke rehabilitation, the proportion of patients participating in urban workers 'medical insurance was relatively high,35.3 %,and the proportion of patients with 50-70 % accounted for 36.7 %.Conclusion:1.The onset of stroke is getting younger and younger, and the proportion of patients between the ages of 41 and 60 is larger.2.Stroke diseases are prone to recurrence and require regular inspection and rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation cycle is long, the rehabilitation cost is high, and the financial burden of the patient's family is heavy.3.PT,OT functional training and traditional acupuncture massage therapy have great benefits for the rehabilitation of stroke patients. However, due to the start of medical insurance, the use of drugs and the control of medical insurance limits have affected the rehabilitation effect of patients.4.Stroke patients have a large need for accompanying care, and the cost of accompanying care is high. After the illness, family income generally declines, which increases the financial burden on patients and families.5.In the survey, the incidence of non-genetic factors and patients with no family history increased, environmental factors and bad living habits, work stress, etc.increased the incidence of stroke.6.Different types of medical insurance, different reimbursement rates and coverage, patients can not equally enjoy the rights and interests of medical resources.
