Objectives:This study evaluated the risk factors of Venous Thrombus Embolism(VTE)formation after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)in a large comprehensive hospital of grade-3in cardiology department in changchun, and analyzed the impact of risk factors on the risk level of VTE and according to the risk factors to guide nursing staff establish individualized health education strategies to reduce the risk of VTE level or VTE risk. Methods:Selected patients who were first diagnosed with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography and successfully treated by PCI as subjects by the convenient sampling method.? The general information questionnaire ?,? Coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale ?and?VTE formation risk assessment form? were used to investigate the general information,self-management behavior level and VTE risk level of patients, including gender, marital status, level of education, residence, ccupation, medical history, smoking history, etc.According to the survey results,non-parametric test and orderly Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors on the VTE risk level of patients after PCI.Results:(1)238 cases of patients after PCI who met the inclusion criteria and had complete data were included VTE risk rating was assessed for all patients, with 31 cases of low risk(13.03%),191 cases of medium risk(80.25%)and 16 cases of high risk(6.72%).(2)The results of univariate analysis showed that VTE risk level of post-PCI patients with different educational levels was different(P < 0.05).The patient's residence and occupation had an impact on VTE risk level, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The VTE risk level of patients with a history of hypertension and diabetes wasstatistically significant compared with those without the above previous medical history(P <0.05).The risk level of VTE in post-PCI patients with a history of smoking was higher than that in non-smoking patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of physiological and biochemical indexes, the differences of TG values in post-PCI patients with different VTE risk levels were statistically significant(P < 0.05).For patients with different VTE risk levels, differences in daily life management dimensions, disease medical management dimensions and total scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The results of orderly Logistic regression analysis showed that educational levels, occupation(farmer),history of hypertension, diabetes smoking history,TG,daily life management and disease medical management were independent influencing factors of VTE risk level(P < 0.05).The higher the degree of education, the lower the risk level of VTE.A history of hypertension, diabetes, tumor and smoking were risk factors for VTE.The risk of VTE in farmers is higher than that in other occupations.TG is positively correlated with VTE risk level. The dimensions of daily life management and disease medical management were negatively correlated with VTE risk level.Conclusions:(1)The risk level of VTE in post-PCI patients was mainly in the medium-risk group, followed by the low-risk group, and the least in the high-risk group.(2)Risk factors influencing VTE risk level include education level, occupation, residence, smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history, tumor history,TG,daily life management dimension, disease medical management dimension and total score of self-management behavior. In addition to residence, occupation(workers)and occupation(cadres),all of them are independent factors influencing VTE risk level of patients after PCI.(3)Assessment of VTE risk factor can provide raw data for nursing staff to develop personalized health education plan.It is suggested to develop personalized health education plan based on the independent factors influencing the VTE risk level of patients after PCI and combining the disease status quo and living habits,so as to improve the feasibility, compliance and timeliness of health education plan.
