| Background and purpose :Cervical cancer(CC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology, accounting for the fourth highest rate of cancer death in women. There are nearly 100,000 new cases each year in China, accounting for about 1% of new cases of cervical cancer worldwide.5,the annual number of deaths from cervical cancer ranks second in the number of female cancer deaths.Cervical cancer is a malignant disease developed on cervical epithelial cells. With the use of cervical smears for physical examination, the incidence and death are increasing year by year. The rate has dropped significantly. In addition, with the progress of surgery and radiotherapy, many patients with cervical cancer have been cured. However, some patients still relapse or even die after treatment. The pathological type of cervical cancer is mainly squamous cell carcinoma(Cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC),which accounts for about 90% of the total number of cervical cancers.CSCC is mainly treated with surgery at an early stage, while the late stage of CSCC is mainly treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy. After the main treatment is completed, the patient needs regular follow-up.The recurrence usually occurs within 3 years after the operation, and the recurrence accounts for 75%-80% within two years. The main manifestations are local recurrence of the pelvic cavity and distant dissemination of other parts of the body. The patient’s recurrence after relapse is poor, the survival rate is low,and the prognosis is poor. Therefore, prevention of postoperative recurrence has great research value. The results show that the recurrence of patients is closely related to age, clinical stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and other related factors. In addition, some researchers believe that serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen Changes in the content also suggest a good condition for patients with cervical cancer.Squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)is a subtype of tumor-associated antigen TA-4,a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 48000 D.Squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)is encoded by two homologous genes,SCCA1,SCCA2 are involved in the process of tumor development, and serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)is initially obtained from squamous cell carcinoma tissue that occurs in the cervix. It is present in the cytoplasm of squamous cell carcinoma such as uterus, cervix, lung, head and neck, esophagus and anal canal, especially in non-keratinized cells.A small number of benign diseases can also be seen in the expression of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),such as lung infections, dermatitis such as psoriasis, renal failure and liver disease. The serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)concentration in serum is rarely elevated in normal people, and the degree of elevation of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)is closely related to the severity of malignancy of the tumor.Serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),once elevated, often indicates a worsening of the condition, with the possibility of metastasis,so it is often used for the monitoring of therapeutic effects and the judgment of prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and recurrence factors after radical resection of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and to evaluate the recurrence of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)after radical resection of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The expression changes further explore its clinical significance. |
