Clinical Experience Of Indirect Method For Composite Resin Restoring Tooth Defects

Objective: To collect clinical permanent dental defect cases and observe the effects of indirect composite resin inlay restoration and layered resin prosthetic under indirect guide plate in short term.Method: Clinical cases were collected of large-area dental defect of permanent teeth by caries and trauma et al.Appropriate diagnoses and treatments were developed according to the patient's condition.Four typical clinical cases were displayed,which including two cases of resin inlay restoration of posterior teeth,two cases of layered resin prosthetic under indirect guide plate of anterior teeth crown fracture and diastema.Patients were followed up regularly to evaluate the efficacy of the therapies.Results: Indirect composite resin inlay restoration of posterior dental defect after teeth caries can achieve good occlusal functions,retain more tooth tissues,offers more options for the treatment of late ideal effects.In cases of incisor teeth crown fracture and diastema closure,layered resin prosthetic under indirect guide plate can achieve ideal aesthetic effect with low cost,with minimally invasion,composite resin restoration can supply more future treatment selects for immature permanent tooth.In the short-term follow-up visit,the treatment effects in these cases are ideal.Conclusion: Resin inlay and indirect guide plate resin restoration can effectively repair various kinds of dental defects with good effects.It is a minimally invasive restore method with feasibility.
