Research On AIDS Prevention And Cure Ability Of Community Health Service Agencies In Fuzhou

Objective:To understand the current situation of HIV/AIDS management policy environment and management in Fuzhou,to explore whether community health service centers and their staff have the ability and influencing factors to carry out AIDS prevention and treatment work,to explore in depth how to adapt to epidemic situation in Fuzhou,A comprehensive AIDS prevention and control model.Methods:In this study,we investigated the ability of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment in community health centers and their staffs in Fuzhou by literature and questionnaire.Through statistical analysis,cluster analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis,The results were analyzed and interviews were conducted to understand the attitudes and opinions of various stakeholders on AIDS prevention and control work in communities,existing problems and willingness to participate.Results:24 community health service centers in Taijiang District,Gulou District and Jin'an District in Fuzhou City currently mainly carry out HIV/AIDS publicity and education and policy advocacy,high-risk population intervention in these two AIDS prevention and control work,community health service centers and their staff work General ability.The main problems include: low awareness of the main AIDS prevention and control policies;low number of full-time AIDS prevention and control personnel;optimization of the structure of prevention and treatment personnel;limited financial investment in AIDS prevention and control;publicity and education and policy advocacy work with short promotion time and propaganda efforts Not enough publicity,a single way of propaganda,the publicity effect needs to be improved,obsolete propaganda content and other issues.There are some problems in behavior intervention such as low ability of staff intervention,formalization of intervention work,low case privacy protection,staff participation in AIDS There are some problems in the prevention and treatment training,such as the lack of pertinence of training target,the short training time,the low training level,the old content,the formal training and the lack of feedback;the willingness and support of community health service center personnel in AIDS prevention and control work Still need further improvement.Conclusion:At present,Fuzhou is actively exploring the work mode of AIDS prevention and control task shift.The ability of community health service center and its staff in HIV/AIDS prevention and control work is generally not yet able to meet the corresponding AIDS prevention and control work requirements and its work capability needs to be improved urgently.It is suggested that the capacity of community health service centers and their staff in HIV/AIDS prevention and control should be improved from the following four aspects: increasing the importance of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment,increasing the funding of AIDS prevention and treatment,strengthening the training of AIDS prevention and control personnel and promoting the establishment of HIV/AIDS prevention and assessment mechanism.In addition,it is suggested that at present,Fuzhou can continue its task of transferring AIDS prevention and control tasks step by step,continue to consolidate and promote advocacy,education and policy advocacy work,carry out trial follow-up management of cases,and conduct behavioral interventions on these two bases Pilot work,supplemented by community support and care.
