With the development of information technology,which represented by computer vision,inspection equipment of medical have been improved greatly at the level of automation.Slit-lamp,as an important equipment for ophthalmic examination,plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis of eye diseases.It is useful improving the inspection efficiency greatly that to increase the intelligent analysis function on the basis of digital transformation.It is helpful for doctors to diagnose the disease accurately,and has high value and practical significance.According to the highest utilization rate of auxiliary diagnostic data of clinical examination with slit-lamp: tear meniscus height,tear film breakup time and the size of corneal ulcer staining area,this paper studied the methods of automatic measurement and detection based on computer vision technology,and preliminary clinical application in ophthalmology.The main research work and contents of the study include :?In order to get the experimental data,we have to carry out a simple digital transformation of the traditional slit lamp,by consider the cost and the scope of application.?By detecting the blink of an eye,we grab the tear meniscus frame from the video.Then finish the tear meniscus region segmentation by the K-means method in the Lab color space.Finally,we get the tear meniscus by morphological opening and estimate the height.?Based on the video analysis of tear film,a new method to measure the break-up time of tear film was proposed by dividing the detection section,extracting the region of interest and relevanting pretreatment.?Based on the HSV color space,the method of regional segmentation of corneal ulcer was studied,and the area of ulcer area was estimated according to the proportion of the staining area in the corneal template.This subject is an combination of computer vision technology in automatic measurement of slit lamp.Hope to achieve the effect of clinical diagnosis after further improvement.Compared with the traditional method,it does not need manual intervention,reduce the work intensity of ophthalmologists greatly,and can help doctors to make accurate judgments,to take timely measures to symptomatic treatment.Put their precious time in the more important and valuable medical problems.
