| Objective:Based on 0~6-year-old Children's Neuropsychological Development Checklist,to establish a set of efficient,reliable and valid "Short Form Screening Mode of 0~1-year-old Children's Neuropsychological Development" to meet the effectiveness of health care institutions.Methods:1.The Children from 0 to 1 year old who received routine physical examination in Psychological Department of Fujian manal and child care service centre Hospital from March 2016 to August 2016 were selected to be divided into 12 month-age groups according to the instructions of 0~6-year-old Children's Neuropsychological Development Checklist.In the experimental stage,each month-age group took 0~6-year-old Children's Neuropsychological Development Checklist as the blueprint and established "Screening Mode of Children's Neuropsychological Development from 0 to 1-year-old" by adoptingfrequency fractional step method and chi-squared test.2.Fine adjustment was conducted in accordance with two rounds of specialists' inquiry by letter with Delphi method to ensure the effectiveness and practicability of the screening model.3.Chi-squared test,rank-sum test and McNemar-Bowker test were used to verify if the screening month age and screening results by "Screening Mode Children's Neuropsychological Development from 0~1-year-old" would be consistent with the assessment results by Gesell Developmental Scale.4.Cronbach's Alpha value was calculated to verify its reliability;the results inquired by specialists with Delphi method were used to calculate its content validity;the consistency between the screening results by Screening Mode and the diagnostic results by criteria were tested to calculate its criteria validity;relevant researches on the screening results of five ability areas and overall screening results were conducted to verify its structure validity.Results: 1.The samples taken in this research were 401 cases in total.After 15 cases of incomplete information samples were removed,the valid samples were 386 cases with validity rate of 96.26%.2.Statistical analysis results:Screening test was performed by taking Gesell Development Scales evaluation results as criterion and Neuropsychological Examination Table for Children as master pattern.Sensitivity of 386 samples in 1~12 months group was 75%?100%?85.7%?84.6%?83.3%?70%?57.1%?85.7%?83.3%?100%?75%?75% respectively.The Cronbach's Alpha value of Gesell Development Scales screening mode under each month of age was0.960?0.816?0.847?0.653?0.627?0.765?0.837?0.926?0.882?0.642?0.875 and 0.801 respectively;all I-CVI values of content validity were greater than 0.78,while S-CVI was 0.96;the consistency rate of Gesell's diagnosis result and Cronbach's Alpha value of Gesell Development Scales was 95.1%?90.9%?90.9%?76%?89.7%?95.7%?84.6%?94.7%?95%?93.3%?85.7% and 90.9% respectively;the Peason correlation coefficient of screening result and five major functions(sports,accuracy,language,adaptation,social activity)based on P<0.01 was 0.412,0.626,0.439,0.528 and 0.502.Conclusions: 1."0~1 year old children's neuropsychological development screening model" has good screening ability and reliability.The diagnostic results by using "Screening Mode of Children's Neuropsychological Development from 0 to 1-year-old" established based on the blueprint of 0~6-yearl-old Children's Neuropsychological Development Checklist and by using Gesell Developmental Scalewere consistent.This screening mode is used to screen the intelligence of the target children to accomplish the accurate and rapid qualitative analysis.2.The structure of "0~1 year old heart screening model" is reasonable,It is beneficial to the early development of potential.The five district can be responsive to the child's developmental level subjects may indeed or lag,prompt health care doctors due to the subject of children's attention,in the screening after the timely guidance to parents intervention advice,guidance of parents in children can strengthen the development of functional exercise,promote the healthy development of the region can lag,and the operation is simple and time saving,suitable for use in clinical application.3."0~1 year old children's neuropsychological development screening model" has a high clinical value."Screening Mode of Children's Neuropsychological Development from 0 to 1-year-old" established by this research can objectively evaluate children'sEarly intelligence.Based on it,this screening mode can be promoted in clinical child health care,Pediatric clinical,early rehabilitation,early educationfieldto realize the rapid qualitative diagnosis of intelligent development on the intelligence of the target population.If the test is abnormal,it can be diagnosed directly,so as to save the time and cost of diagnosis and treatment,improve the coverage rate of mental health care for children,early discovery,early intervention,and improve the quality of the population. |
