Objective To analysis whether there is difference in individual nutritional support in postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer,to explore the role of individualized nutritional support in postoperative laryngeal cancer and provide a scientific reference for reducing the occurrence of pharyngeal fistula.Method We collected 97 cases of laryngeal cancer(age 50-70 years old)who once lived in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2017,and there is no distant metastasis was found on the preoperative examination.,and the surgery was performed for the first time in our department, and the pathological diagnosis was laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. These patients were divided into two groups,51 cases in the experimental group, and the postoperative nasal feeding diet was prepared by the Department of Nutrition of our hospital. In the control group,46 cases were given conventional TPF.Record the nutritional related indicators 1 day before surgery,7 days after operation and 14 days after operation in two groups of patients(body weight, upper arm circumference, triceps skinfold thickness, upper arm muscle circumference,ALB,pre-ALB),and compare the occurrence of pharyngeal spasm, indwelling stomach tube time, average hospital stay and other indicators.Result The body weight and prealbumin at 14 days after surgery were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pharyngeal fistula in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the appearance time was late, the range was small, the diameter was less than 1cm,the neck had less wound secretion, the surrounding skin was light, and the postoperative dressing time was short The occurrence of pharyngeal fistula was not significantly related to age, gender, tumor stage, tumor type, surgical approach, diabetes mellitus, preoperative HGB,and correlation(P>0.05),but was significantly negatively related to the patient’s nutritional status(p<0.05),and it is an independent risk factor affecting the disease(OR>1).Conclusion Individualized nutritional support after nasopharyngeal carcinoma can significantly improve the patient’s nutritional status and reduce the occurrence of pharyngeal fistula.
