Recent years,metal-organic frameworks?MOFs?,which have unusual properties,such as rich topological structures,high porosity,large specific surface area and simple functional process,have been widely used and developed in various fields.As an important part of MOFs,homochiral MOFs have been used as stationary phases for high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?and gas chromatography?GC?in the separation of chiral compounds.However,there are fewer reports about homochiral MOFs as solid phase adsorbents or stationary phase of capillary electrochromatography?CEC?in chiral separation.The purpose of his work is to synthesize two homochiral MOFs and use them as a selective adsorbent in adsorption experiment and a stationary phase in CEC for the separation of chiral compounds and isomers.This thesis consists of four chapters.In chapter 1,the concept of chirality,the method and significance of chiral separation,the basic concepts of CEC and the applications of metal-organic frameworks in chiral separation were reviewed.In chapter 2,homochiral Zn?L-tar?-MOF was synthesized from Zn?NO3?2·6H2O,L-?+?-tartaric acid and 4,4'-bipyridine at room temperature,and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and infrared spectroscopy?IR?.The prepared homochiral Zn?L-tar?-MOF was used as a solid phase adsorbent to explore its selective adsorption on two enantiomers of chiral drugs.The effects of the activation conditions,the type and composition of eluent,the adsorption time and the amount of homochiral Zn?L-tar?-MOF on the enantioselectivity were investigated.The results showed that Zn?L-tar?-MOF had a certain capacity of selective adsorption to clenbuterol hydrochloridel,tulobuterol hydrochloride,metoprolol tartaric acid and atenolol.In chapter 3,Zn?NO3?2·6H2O,D-camphoric acid and 1,3-bis?4-pyridyl?propane were used to prepare homochiral Zn2?D-cam?2?TMDPy?-MOF which was characterized by XRD,SEM and so on.The prepared homochiral Zn2?D-cam?2?TMDPy?-MOF was used as the stationary phase in CEC.The open tubular capillary column with prepared homochiral Zn2?D-cam?2?TMDPy?-MOF on the inner wall of the capillary column was prepared by applying a polymer dynamic coating method and used for separation of three chiral amino acids.The effects of buffer pH,phosphate concentration and organic modifier content on chiralseparationwereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthatthehomochiral Zn2?D-cam?2?TMDPy?had a certain enantioseparation ability on the three tested amino acids of phenylalanine,tryptophan and tyrosine.In chapter 4,conclusions and outlook.
