Meta Analysis Of Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With TTraditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Through the meta analysis of the data of the study on the Irritable bowel syndrome of the middle medicine package,the safety and effectiveness of the ironing for the Irritable bowel syndrome was discussed,and the basis for clinical treatment was expected.Methods:In accordance with the research design retrieval strategy,several domestic and foreign periodical databases are retrieved: PubMed,Chinese journal full text database(CNKI),Wanfang database,VP Chinese sci-tech journal database(VIP),and Chinese biomedical literature service system(CBM).According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,we screened literatures and extracted related information.The "bias risk assessment tool" recommended by the Cochrane collaborative network was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the selected research literature and to use the Revman 5.3 software to carry out Meta analysis of the selected data.Results:1? literature retrieval and results: a total of 316 documents were retrieved,including CNKI(42),WanFangdata(97),VIP(39),PubMed(51),CBM(87),and 12 studies after screening.The 12 study included 1081 patients,including 497 patients in the treatment group and 584 patients in the control group.2? Meta analysis: Meta analysis of 4 studies of abdominal pain symptoms before and after treatment: Chi square test X2=1.91,P=0.59,I2=0%;SMD=0.68,95%CI were [0.48,0.87];Z =6.75,(P < 0.001);sensitivity analysis had no essential changes.Meta analysis of 6 items of "IBS-D for disease type" : results of heterogeneity test: Chi square test X2=6.97,P=0.22,I2=28%;RR=1.35,95%CI for [1.21,1.50];combined statistics test Z =5.43,P < 0.001;sensitivity analysis without essential change.5studies of "Chinese medicine ironing + oral Chinese medicine VS pure oral western medicine" were analyzed by Meta analysis: Chi square test X2=2.27,P=0.69,I2=0%;RR=1.5,95%CI for [1.30,1.73] > 1;combined statistics test Z =5.57,P < 0.001;sensitivity analysis without essential change.8 studies of "Chinese medicine ironing +oral medicine VS oral western medicine" were analyzed by Meta: Chi square test X2=11.45,P=0.12,I2=39%;RR=1.32,95%CI for [1.22,1.44] > 1;combined statistics test Z =6.57,P < 0.001;sensitivity analysis without essential change.Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with Chinese medicine hot bag combined with internal medicine is better than that of the control group with simple oral medicine.However,due to the poor quality of the selected research articles,the study has a bias,and the reliability of the conclusion of the study is controversial.Large sample and high-quality clinical trials are still needed to be analyzed.
