ObjectivesStudy relationship of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes diffrerentiation between carotid artery plaque and coronary artery calcification in Coronary heart disease(CHD),In order to provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD,it is better to provide reference for clinical evaluation and shallow prescription.MethodsCollecting 156 cases of patients in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular internal medicine ward hospitalized during line clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease were examined by coronary angiography form December 2015 to January 2018,Collecting basic information such as gender, age, syndrome four consultation information, making syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for them, and Collected at the same time in patients with Carotid plaque condition, plaque location, nature, plaque integral, presence or absence of coronary calcification and calcification scores, will collect data entry excel spreadsheets, establishing database, use SPSS21.0 statistical software for patient data for statistical analysis.Results1.The study included 156 patients with coronary heart disease, and the ratio of males and females was 1.29:1.With the increase of age,the incidence of coronary heart disease increased.2.156 cases of CHD patients with TCM syndrome type distribution characteristic is: qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(25.00%)> qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(23.72%)> phlegm heart pulse syndrome(20.51%)> blood stasis resistance syndrome(12.82%)> and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(12.18%)> sun be the spirit virtual failure syndrome(3.21%)> Yin cold freeze(1.28%)= heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(1.28%),gender,age,have no obvious difference between each card type(P > 0.05).3.CHD patients of each syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine and the relationship between carotid artery plaque: The proportion of carotid plaques in patients with coronary artery disease in this study was 73.47%.coronary heart diseaseof TCM syndrome type and the presence of carotid plaques, the position of carotid plaques, the nature of the carotid plaques, the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05),with and without thickening and carotid IMT difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the TCM syndrome type and carotid artery plaque integral no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),coronary heart disease(CHD)empirical deficiency syndrome and carotid artery plaque score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.CHD patients of each syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine and the relationship between coronary artery calcification:In this study, coronary artery calcification occurred in 82.99% of patients. There were significant differences in coronary heart disease TCM syndrome and whether or not there was coronary calcification and coronary calcification scores(P<0.05).Conclusions1.CHD patients with syndrome of TCM to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and Yin Deficiency, sputum resistance heart pulse syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are also more common,Yin Han stagnation syndrome, yang deficiency syndrome There are relatively few yin deficiency syndromes in heart and kidney.2.CHD patients are highly correlated with carotid artery plaque and coronary artery calcification, and can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.3.Unstable plaque in carotid plaque can be used as a reference index of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome.Higher carotid plaque score can be used as a reference index of coronary heart disease and phlegm and blood stasis;and higher coronary calcification scores can be used as a reference index for coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome.4.Carotid artery plaque and coronary calcification are closely related to traditional Chinese medicine "turbidity, blood stasis".The origin of the disease is "yang micro" and "yang micro-yin string" is still an important pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.
