Research purpose Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,removing phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with gefitinib in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Research methods A total of 60 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi and Yin and phlegm and stasis syndrome.According to the order of treatment,30 cases were divided into the experimental group(Chinese and Western Medicine)and the control group(Western medicine group)30 cases. The experimental group was treated with gefitinib + tapping solid lung soup treatment, and the control group was given gefitinib alone. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of tumor body,CEA,improvement of quality of life, improvement of clinical symptoms, safety and side effects were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by statistical methods. The results of the study1.In the evaluation of the curative effect of solid tumor, the changes of the tumor body in the two groups were narrower than that before the treatment, and the efficiency(ORR)and the rate of stability(DCR)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, but the difference between the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05)after the treatment.2.In the CEA change comparison, the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)before and after treatment in the group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the level of CEA was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the Karnofsky score comparison, after treatment, the Karnofsky score of the control group was lower than that before the treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)before and after treatment in the group(P > 0.05),but the scores of the patients in the experimental group were higher than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)before and after the treatment. After treatment, the Karnofsky score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.By comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.In the symptom score comparison, after treatment, the scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment. The differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the scores of the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In the comparison of safety, the blood routine, liver function and renal function of the two groups were not obviously abnormal before and after treatment. The difference of blood routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups of patients were blood routine and liver after treatment. There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.In the comparison of toxic and side effects, the incidence of rash and diarrhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the two groups of patients with rash after treatment were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion compared with gefitinib,it is more advantageous to relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and reduce the side effects in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with gefitinib in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
