| Objective:In recent years,the phenomenon of cardiovascular disease patients with mental problems is more and more important in clinical practice,namely,"double heart disease".The two diseases of cardiovascular disease and mental illness are the cause and effect of each other,which cause the disease to worsen,and the co-morbidity problem has become one of the most serious health problems in China.Studies have shown that psychological counseling has a significant effect on the treatment of bipolar disorder.In view of this,this study explored the therapeutic effect of psychological counseling on bipolar disorder.Methods:A random sampling method was used to randomly select 1585 patients with cardiovascular disease who were treated in cardiology department of our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015.There were a total of 320 cases of cardiovascular anxiety or depression in 1585 patients.(1)320 double heart disease patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of control group and experimental group of 260 cases with different psychological counseling scheme.The control group included 22 patients with coronary heart disease,18 patients with hypertension,13patients with chronic heart failure and 7 patients with arrhythmia.The experimental group included 80 patients with coronary heart disease,82 hypertensive patients,53 patients with chronic heart failure and 45 patients with arrhythmia.(2)Psychological counseling method is divided into:psychological intervention,behavioral intervention,relaxation therapy.Combined into four kinds of psychological counseling scheme as follows:the experimental group(1)were:psychological intervention+behavioral intervention+relaxation therapy;The psychological counseling measures adopted in the experimental group(2)were:behavioral intervention+relaxation therapy;The psychological intervention measures adopted in the test group(3)were psychological intervention+relaxation therapy.The psychological intervention measures taken by the experimental group(4)were:psychological intervention+behavioral intervention therapy.Will 260 double heart disease patients according to according to the coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,chronic heart failure,arrhythmia,randomly assigned into 4 experimental group.On the basis of the drug treatment,the experimental group was treated with psychological counseling.The control group take drug treatment,patients in the control group psychological counseling measures on the basis of the treatment.Results:(1)Logistics analysis shows that many factors,cultural degree,nature of work and income level(protection factor OR<1),marital status,personality type is double factors associated with heart disease in patients with cardiovascular diseases(P<0.05);Cultural level,income level(protection factor OR<1),marital status,personality type is double factors associated with heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05);Cultural degree,marital status,personality type is double factors associated with heart disease in patients with hypertension(P<0.05);Cultural level,income level(protection factor OR<1),marital status,personality type is double heart disease patients with chronic heart failure related factors(P<0.05);Cultural level,income level(protection factor OR<1),marital status,personality type is double factors associated with heart disease in patients with cardiac arrhythmias(P<0.05).(2)320 double heart disease patients were randomly divided into 5 groups to compare psychological assessment scale score before and after psychological intervention treatment and cardiovascular disease index of change,5 groups after the treatment of psychological assessment rating scale and cardiovascular disease index is statistically significant(P<0.05),group psychological intervention treatment before and after experimental assessment rating scale and there are differences in cardiovascular disease indexes(P<0.05),psychologicalassessmentscalescoresbetweenexperimentalgroupand cardiovascular disease index(P~a<0.05,P~b<0.05).(3)Double heart disease associated with coronary heart disease patients after treatment of psychological assessment rating scale is statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group before and after psychological intervention group psychological assessment scale scores and there are differences in cardiovascular disease indexes(P<0.05),Psychological assessment scale score comparison between experimental group(P~a<0.05).Double heart disease associated with high blood pressure patients after treatment of psychological assessment rating scale is statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group before and after psychological intervention group psychological assessment scale scores and there are differences in cardiovascular disease indexes(P<0.05),psychological assessment scale score comparison between experimental group(P~a<0.05).Double heart disease associated with chronic heart failure patients after treatment of psychological assessment rating scale is statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group before and after psychological intervention group psychological assessment scale scores and there are differences in cardiovascular disease indexes(P<0.05),psychological assessment scale score comparison between experimental group(P~a<0.05).Double heart disease associated with arrhythmia patients after treatment of psychological assessment rating scale is statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group before and after psychological intervention group psychological assessment scale scores and there are differences in cardiovascular disease indexes(P<0.05),psychological assessment scale score comparison between experimental group(P~a<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiovascular disease and psychological disorder influence each other.Gender,age,cardiovascular disease,type is not double heart disease related factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Cultural degree,nature of work and income level(protection factor OR<1),marital status,personality type is double factors associated with heart disease in patients with cardiovascular diseases.On the basis of drug therapy for double heart disease patients psychological counseling therapy can improve the effect of treatment,improve the double heart disease patients psychological assessment scale score and cardiovascular disease index.Coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,patients with chronic heart failure,cardiac arrhythmia after psychological counseling treatment,psychological assessment scale scores have improved.Double heart disease patients with routine drug treatment at the same time concerned about the problem of the patient's psychological barrier can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,psychological counseling in clinical application promotion value. |
