The Method Of Removing Stasis By Purgation To Evaluate The Clinical Efficacy Of Sepsis Patients With Acute Gast-Rointestinal Injury

Objective: Observe the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)on the inflammatory indicators and prognosis of patients with sepsis and acute gastrointestinal injury and conduct research and evaluation.Methods: A Prospective Controlled Analysis of June 2016-January 2018 was performed in 112 critically ill patients who were diagnosed with sepsis and had acute gastrointestinal injury.112 cases of sepsis combined with acute gastrointestinal injury according to the 2012 ESICM classification of acute gastrointestinal injury,patients were divided into AGI I group,AGI II group,AGI III group and AGI IV group according to the severity of gastrointestinal injury.4 Groups.Patients in the AGI IV group were not included in this study.All patients in the AGI I-III group were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was given Western basic treatment + placebo pellets + warm water 100 ml 2/day gastric tube perfusion,and the treatment group was basic treatment of Western medicine + Dachengqi Tang granule + warm water 100 ml 2/day gastric tube perfusion,both courses of treatment are 7 days.From the time of admission,the third day of treatment and the seventh day of treatment were used to observe the clinical treatment effects.The APACHE II and SOFA scores,white cell count,C-reactive protein,plasma endotoxin,and calcitonin were compared between the two groups after treatment.Changes of the original,lactic acid,serum cytokines TNF-? and IL-10,bowel sounds and intra-abdominal pressure,and summarize the clinical efficacy of the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)on sepsis combined with acute gastrointestinal injury.Results: 1.Effects of the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)on Inflammation Index in Patients with Sepsis and Acute Gastrointestinal Injury: Comparison of White Blood Cell Count,C-reactive Protein,Procalcitonin,endotoxin levels and serum cytokines TNF-? and IL-10 in AGI I,AGI II,and AGI III,the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7th days;2.Effects of the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)on Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Sepsis with Acute Gastrointestinal Injury: In the AGI I,AGI II,and AGI III groups,intraperitoneal pressure in the treatment groups compared to the control group on the 3rd and 7th days of treatment,there was a significant decrease.The number of bowel sounds in the treatment group of the 3 groups was significantly increased on the 3rd and 7th days of treatment.3.Effects of the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)on gastrointestinal function of patients with sepsis combined with acute gastrointestinal injury: In the AGI I,AGI II and AGI III,APACHE II,SOFA score,blood lactate values were significantly lower on the 3rd and 7th days than the control group.Conclusion: Effects of the method of removing stasis by purgation(Dachengqi Decoction)can effectively improve the abdominal symptoms of sepsis patients with acute gastrointestinal injury,improve inflammation indicators,reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in the body,improve the severity of the severity and prognosis of sepsis.The treatment of patients with acute gastrointestinal injury is of great value and is worthy of clinical application.
