Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Moxibustion For Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction In Sepsis

Objective:This study through the observation of DAJ-23H(DELUXE)type multifunctional moxibustion apparatus in the treatment of patients with sepsis and gastrointestinal function damage,the first method on Acupoint Moxibustion on Shenque,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zusanli,Guan Yuan to promote the clinical curative effect of the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with sepsis,efficacy and safety evaluation of moxibustion on the recovery of gastrointestinal patients the function of sepsis,try to provide a simple,convenient,safe and effective method for promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in sepsis patients for clinical.For the next step to better play the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of critical illness to provide reference.Methods:1.A prospective,randomized,controlled study method was used to count 32 patients who were admitted to the ICU of Dongfang Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 and met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into control group(16 cases)and treatment group(16 cases).2.When two groups were given conventional western medicine and promoting gastrointestinal motility drugs,moxibustion was given to the acupoints(Shenzhen,Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Zusanli)in the treatment group,observe and record the two groups before and after treatment,the average daily energy intake of actual/ideal gastrointestinal energy demand,the ratio of intestinal flora index,APACHEII score,AGI grade,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and intra-abdominal pressure changes.3.The recorded data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 to evaluate the clinical effect of Acupoint Moxibustion on the patients with gastrointestinal function injury of sepsis.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,underlying disease(coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes),SOFA score,APACHE Ⅱ score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,and AGI grade score when the two groups were enrolled(P>0.05),demonstrating comparability between the two groups.2.The average daily gastrointestinal energy actual intake/ideal energy demand ratio of the two groups was higher than those before,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the comparison of the difference in the average daily gastrointestinal energy actual intake/ideal energy demand ratio of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Gastrointestinal function index,include gastrointestinal dysfunction score and intra-abdominal pressure,of both groups was lower than those before,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but the treatment group decreased more significantly,the comparison of the difference in gastrointestinal function index between the two groups(d)was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The scores of dysbacteriosis of intestinal flora in both groups were lower than those before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group(d).The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The severity of disease,include APACHE II score and AGI score,of the two groups were lower than those of the group when entering the group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),However,the treatment group decreased significantly,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture moxibustion Shenque,Zhongwan,Guanyuan,bilateral Tianshu,bilateral Zusanli treatment of sepsis gastrointestinal function injury patients have a certain clinical efficacy,can correct intestinal dysbacteriosis,reduce intra-abdominal pressure,Promote the recovery of the patient’s gastrointestinal function,thereby effectively improve the patient’s nutritional status,reduce the severity of the patient’s condition.2.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture moxibustion combined with promoting astrointestinal motility drugs was significantly better than that of gastrointestinal prokinetic drugs alone.
