The Clinical Association Between Metabolic Syndrome Andvarious Diagnostic Factorsandprostate Cancer

A closely association has been found in metabolic syndrome and prostate cancer,some studies report that metabolic syndrome is the independent risk factor for high grade and high stage prostate cancer,those patient always have higher Gleason scores and clinical grading.In addition,the patient with metabolic syndrome is said to have lower levels of testosterone and PSA levels.This study intends to explore the relationship between MS and it's diagnostic factors and prostate cancer patient's serum PSA,testosterone levels and clinical outcomes,also a comprehensive literature review was conducted.
