Research Progress Of C-IAP1 And Caspase-3 In Laryngeal Carcinoma

Objective:Laryngeal cancer is one of the most common tumors in otolaryngology,Its annual morbidity and mortality seriously threaten the health of the patients,Squamous cell carcinoma(90%)is dominant,followed by adenocarcinoma.The Inhibitor of apoptosis Proteins-1(c-IAP1)and cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase 3(Caspase-3)are closely related to the development of laryngeal carcinoma.The expression of apoptotic inhibitory protein c-IAP1 and Caspase-3 in laryngeal cancer was comprehensively described in this paper.Further studies on the pathogenesis of c-IAPl and Caspase-3 in laryngeal cancer can help to find new targets for laryngeal cancer and seek better diagnosis and treatment methods.Method:Using CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,PubMed retrieval system to retrieve the 2000-2018 on apoptosis inhibiting protein c-IAP1 and Caspase-3 in laryngeal cancer related factors such as the expression of literature and induction analysis.Database of search terms is:Laryngeal cancer,c-IAP 1,Caspase-3.Results:The prevalence of laryngeal cancer is 6%～8%of systemic malignant tumor,accounting for about 8.0%～35.0%of otolaryngology malignant tumor,one of the most common is squamous cell carcinoma,its development is influenced by many factors,at present the main findings and way of life,working environment,ionizing radiation and so on.The happening of the larynx except is influenced by many external factors,its essence is the balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is broken,caused apoptosis happens disorder caused by excessive proliferation of the cells.C-IAP1 and caspase-3 play an important role in this process.C-IAP1 protein for laryngeal cancer cells apoptosis inhibition,prompting abnormal tumor cell proliferation,Caspase-3 has a promoting effect of laryngeal cancer cell apoptosis,expression of the gene does not reduce or express will cause throat cancer tumor cells apoptosis,lead to tumor cell proliferation,accelerated the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer.C-IAP1 protein and Caspase-3 interact to participate in the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer.Conclusion:The occurrence of laryngeal cancer is a multi-stage development process with multiple factors.Its essence is that the balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is broken,causing the disorder of apoptosis.Research c-IAP1 and Caspase-3 help larynx disease progression,and metastasis,prognosis assessment and the drug resistance of tumor cells provide an important reference index,further improving the survival rate of patients with laryngeal cancer and quality of life.
