Objective:c-IAP1 as important members of the human IAPs family, and in the development of tumors and drug resistance play an important role.Studies have shown that the new djuvant chemotherapy may improve the prognosis of patients with early cervical cancer. So looking for a new adjuvant chemotherapy indicators are particularly important. This experiment by measuring c-IAP1(apoptosis inhibiting protein 1) in human cervical cancer Hela cell line and Hela cell line after treated with DDP c-IAP1 expression differences, to explore the role of c-IAP1 in cervical cancer chemotherapy drug resistance and its possible mechanism.Methods:1.Different concentration time DDP CCK8 method on Hela growth situation.2.By rt-pcr from gene level detection of cervical cancer Hela, after treated with DDP cervical cancer cells and joined inhibitors Birinapant c-IAP1 expression level.3.Birinapant CCK8 method on treated with DDP cervical cancer Hela growth situation.Results:1.c-IAP1 protein expression is significantly higher than in the cells treated by DDP Hela(p <0.05).Inhibitors in the treatment group, DDP group, control group c-IAP1, Caspase 3, 7, NF-κB,c- gene in four IAP1, Caspase 3,NF-κB, p<0.05,suggesting that effective drug treatment to inhibit Hela proliferation.Inhibitors in the treatment group, DDP group, c- IAP1 and NF-κB, p<0.05, Showed the inhibitor to inhibit the expression of the two genes effectively.2.Birinapant on treated with DDP Hela has the growth inhibition.Conclusions:1.c-IAP1 may regulate the expression of Caspase 3 by significantly enhanced cervical cancer cells to cisplatin resistance.2.Birinapant can be used as a cervical cancer cells to cisplatin, a sensitive strengthening agent,by inhibiting the c-IAP1 protein activity to improve cervical cancer cells to cisplatin chemotherapy drug resistance.
