Progress Of PD-1/PD-L1 Antibody In Tumor Immunotherapy

The programmed death molecule 1(PD-1)on T cell surface and programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)on tumor cell surface inhibit the immune killing effect.However,the discovery of immunosuppressants such as antigen-antibody specific binding blocking inhibitory signal transduction,restoring or enhancing the normal immune killing effect.PD-1/PD-L1 antibody will be helpful to the individualization and accurate treatment of tumor.It provides a new idea for the treatment of solid tumor.In this review,the mechanism of PD-1/PD-L1,the monitoring of antibodies,combined therapy,adverse reactions and immunoresistance were reviewed.
