Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Strengthening Qi And Activating Blood Circulation Formula On Intervening The Hypercoagulative State Of NSCLC Patients Of Late Stage

Objective:To study the clinical effiect and safety of strengthening Qi and activating blood circulation formula on intervening the hypercoagulative state of NSCLC patients of late stage and exploring its possible functional mechanism.Methods:60 NSCLC patients of late stage were selected according to western medicinal diagnosis standards and TCM syndrome differentiational standards and divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 patients each group respectively.Two groups were both treated with common therapeutic methods and the treatment group was given Yiqihuoxue decoction(strengthening Qi and activating blood circulation formula)additionally.One treatment cycle contained 28 days and two cycles were observed.The changes of clinical symptoms,life quality,serum D-dimer,FIB,PT,APTT and safety indicators such as blood routine,liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was taken.Results:①The change of TCM symptoms:9 cases markedly improved.14 cases improved and 7 cases had no change in treatment group,and the total effective rate was 80%.3 cases markedly improved.14 cases improved,and 13 cases had no change in control group,and the total effective rate was53.3%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).②KPS scores:The KPS scores of treatment group were increased after treatment.There was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).③Thrombin indicators:The figures of D-dimer and FIB of treatment group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).The figures of PT and APTT had no significant differeence between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).④Tumor sizes:There were no significance difference between two groups in the changes of tumor sizes.(P>0.05).⑤Side effects:There were less side effects in treatment group than in control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The formula of strengthening Qi and activating blood circulation can improve the hypercoagulative state of NSCLC patients of late stage.It can alleviate patients’ clinical symptoms,enhance patients’ life quality,decrease the incidence rate of side effects in digestive tract caused by chemotherapy.
