Objective:To investigate the expression and distribution of chemokine receptors CCR1 and CCR5 in gastric cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue, and to analyze their correlation with clinicopathological features, and to study the contact of the above two factors in gastric cancer tissue. Methods:A total of 60 cases of gastric cancer(average age 59.19 years old)and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer(Tumor edge>5cm,average age 59.19years old)were collected from the affiliated hospital of Chengde Medical College and the First Central Hospital of Baoding from January 2015 to September 2016,and all specimens were confirmed by two high-level pathology physician audit. The immunohistochemical experimental methods were used to detect the expression intensity of CCR1 and CCR5 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. The statistical methods of?~2 test were used to analyze the expression levels of the two antibodies in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between the two antibodies and the clinicopathological parameters was also explored.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between the two factors,P<0.05 for the difference between the two levels of expression was statistically significant.Results:1 The expression of CCR1 and CCR5 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissuesThe positive rate of CCR1 in gastric cancer tissues was 53.3%,and the positive rate of CCR1 in normal tissues was 25.0%.The positive rates of CCR1 in both tissues were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive rate of CCR5 in gastric cancer tissues was 61.7%.The positive rate of CCR5 in normal tissues was 28.3%.The positive rates of CCR5 in both tissues were significantly different(P<0.05).2 The correlation between the expression level of CCR1 and CCR5 and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer patientsIn gastric cancer,CCR1 is related to tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging.CCR5 is related to tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging, suggesting that both are related to the development of gastric cancer.3 Correlation between the expression of CCR1 and CCR5 in gastric cancerCCR1 and CCR5 expression in gastric cancer was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The expression rates of CCR1 and CCR5 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues, suggesting that they are related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.2 CCR1 was associated with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients.CCR5 was correlated with tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer, indicating that both of them were related to the development and metastasis of gastric cancer.3 CCR1 and CCR5 expression in gastric cancer was positively correlated, indicating that the two antibody may play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
