Investigation And Countermeasures Of Community Health Service In Yan'an City

Although China's community health services have been developed for decades and have made many achievements during the period,they have made no small contributions to the maintenance of people's health.However,in the process of development,there are still high-quality resources that have not "sunk" to the grassroots,many regions.Especially in the underdeveloped areas,the shortage of community medical resources,the slack supervision system,the lack of general medical personnel and the insufficiency of service ability can hardly effectively solve the basic health problems of residents,such as "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor".The development of community health service is an important part of the current health reform in China.It can reduce the basic medical expenses of the masses,solve the problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor",and provide basic medical services for the residents.It can also improve the level of social disease prevention and fundamentally protect the health of the masses,which is of great significance for the establishment of a new doctor-patient relationship,the optimization of the health service structure,and the maintenance of social stability.In this study,the development mode and present situation of community health service at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed.At the same time,relevant data,documents,policies and regulations on community health service development in Yan'an are collected.As well as the residents and community medical personnel,questionnaire survey,to find out the bottleneck of the development of community health services in Yan'an.Through the current situation of community health services in Yan'an summarized,systematic analysis,Find out the problems that restrict the development of community health and affect the function of community health: 1.The management system is not perfect,the operation mechanism is not smooth.2.The service function is single,the service content is not complete.3.The infrastructure is not complete,the general practitioner is short of 4.The community propaganda is insufficient.The awareness rate of residents is not high.Therefore,suggestions and measures to strengthen the development of community health services in Yanan City are put forward,that is,to focus on the sustainable development of community health services in various parts of Yanan City,and to establish a relatively perfect policy.Based on the actual development of Yanan City,a relatively perfect new urban health service system.3.Building a well-qualified general practice service team,To promote the sustainable development of basic health.4.to ensure the effective and smooth progress of all services,to meet the basic health needs of the community residents in Yan'an.5.to gradually standardize the supervision system of the community health institutions in Yan'an,and to ensure the long-term and stable operation.This study has a certain reference value for the development of community health in Yan'an.The conclusion is helpful to implement the relevant development plans and basic policies,and to select the advantages and disadvantages,but due to the limitations of my own ability,to the relevant policies,The theory grasps has the insufficiency,implores each expert,the teacher pointed out.
