ObjectiveAsthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in childhood. Its clinical manifestations for recurrent wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, cough and other symptoms, which are often occurs or aggravates at night or in the early morning. At present, the severity of asthma exacerbation in children under 6 years old mainly depends on the clinical symptoms and signs of children, but the evaluation index has a strong subjectivity. Therefore,There is still a lack of an objective and effective laboratory index. There is an inseparable relationship between asthma and pulmonary heart disease, and it has been found that NT-proBNP,CK and CK-MB are abnormally expressed in the acute stage of pulmonary heart disease and are positively related to the severity of the disease. In view of the similar physiological and pathological changes in pulmonary heart disease and acute exacerbation of asthma, the aim of this study was to detect the expression levels of serum NT-proBNP,CK and CK-MB in children with acute asthma under the age of 6,and to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodFrom August 2016 to January 2018,62 children in the hospital and outpatient department in Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University were random selected as the subjects.According to the 2016 guidelines for diagnosis and prevention of asthma in children, they were divided into mild group and severe group. In addition, according to the course of disease, children were divided into acute attack group and symptom relief group. At the same period,40 case of healthy children in our hospital were random selected as the control group. The expression level of plasma NT-proBNP ? CK andCK-MB in the body were detected by chemiluminescence and immunosuppressive assay.Result1.In this study(the data was expressed as M±Q),The levels of NT-proBNP in acute attack group, symptom relief group and control group were 84.50± 129.00pg/ml,62.00±29.80pg/ml and 60.00±32.00pg/ml,respectively.The NT-proBNP levels in the acute attack group were significantly different from those in the symptom relief group and the control group(p<0.05),while the NT-proBNP levels in the symptom relief group were not statistically different from those in the control group(p=0.86).2.This study found that NT-proBNP levels in the severe, mild, and control groups were 242.50±113.16 pg/ml,71.17±14.81 pg/ml,and 59.29±16.34 pg/ml,respectively.It was found that the NT-proBNP levels in the severe group were significantly different from those in the mild group and the control group(p<0.05),while the NT-proBNP levels in the mild group were not significantly different from those in the control group(p=0.49).3.This study found that the levels of CK and CK-MB in the acute attack group were96.60±32.71U/L and 21.15±4.47 U/L,respectively;The CK and CK-MB in the symptom relief group were 71.05±21.55U/L,18.11±3.03U/L;The CK and CK-MB of the control group were 69.65±19.11 U/L and 17.54±3.46 U/L.The CK and CK-MB levels in the acute attack group were statistically different from those in the symptom relief group and the control group(p<0.05),while the CK and CK-MB levels in the symptom relief group were not statistically different from those in the control group(p=0.73,p=0.48).4.This study found that the CK and CK-MB levels in the severe group were123.46±29.31U/Land23.92±4.57 U/L,respectively.In the mild group, the CK and CK-MB levels were 80.29±22.59U/Land 19.29±3.93U/L,the CK and CK-MB in the control group were 69.65±19.11U/Land17.54±3.46 U/L.After comparison,The CK and CK-MB levels in severe group were statistically different from those in mild group and control group(p<0.05),while CK and CK-MB levels in mild group were notsignificantly different from those in control group(p>0.05).Conclusion1.This study found that NT-proBNP levels was abnormally expressed in children with severe asthma less than 6 years of age.2.This study found that NT-proBNP levels returned to normal after symptom relief in asthmatic children under 6 years of age,It suggests that there may be some degree of hypoxia, increased pulmonary artery pressure, and increased right heart load during acute asthma attacks.3.This study found that the levels of CK and CK-MB in children with severe asthma under 6 years of age are significantly higher than those in normal children, but the values of CK and CK-MB were mostly in the normal range. Therefore,CK and CK-MB do not have a helpful role in clinical guidance.
