| ObjectiveTo investigate the difference of Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase in different operation time of patients and find their relationship with the prognosis of patients.Determine the role of Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase in the choice of operation time.MethodsFrom January 2017 to January 2020,a total of 37 burn patients were treated in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University,the Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase of the two groups were recorded respectively within 3 days after admission and operation,and the changes of patients’ condition were observed dynamically.The basic information(age,sex,type and area of burn),the results of serum Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase in the first time after admission and within 3 days after operation,the times of operations(including excision and debridement,skin grafting,extended amputation,etc.),the number of days in hospital and the situation leaving hospital were collected.According to the total times of operations,length of stay and discharge,the prognosis was evaluated synthetically,and the prognosis was divided into “Excellent,good and medium”.1)To compare the difference of MB,CK before and after operation,and the difference of Normality test between electric burn and common burn patients in different operation time(days before admission).2)To compare the basic information of MB,CK Change Rate,admission value,age,length of stay and prognosis between electric burn group and common burn group at different operation time,and to test the difference between Normality test and two independent samples.3)To analyze the relationship between MB,CK change rate,Operation Opportunity in electric burn group and common burn group,draw scatter plot and parallel correlation analysis.4)To analyze the relationship between the change rate of MB and CK and the prognosis of the patients with electric burn and common burn,and to carry out the correlation test according to the standard.Result,(1)The changes of MB and CK in patients with electric burn and general burn at different Operation Time(days before admission)did not accord with normal distribution,and the value of Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase before and after operation were examined by Wilcoxon test.P < 0.05 means their difference.(2)We need take the test of normality to age,opportunity of operation(Time from admission to first operation),days in hospital,times of operation,MB,CK changes of patients in electric burn and common burn groups.Among them,the opportunity of operation,days in hospital,the times of operation and the changes of MB and CK did not accord with the normal distribution.So we take the Mann-whitney test for them.The age accord with the normal distribution,so we take it the samples t test.There was evident differences with days in hospital,age and prognosis between the two groups,but no difference with the changes of Myoglobin,CK,opportunity of operation and the number of operations.The analysis of the first measured Myoglobin(Mb)and Creatine Kinase(CK)between the two Group have showed that the Myoglobin is no significant difference,while Creatine Kinase(CK)between the two groups is obviously significant difference.(3)Plot the change rate of MB and CK in Electric Burn Group and common burn group at different operation opportunity,and analyze the correlation.It is found that when the operation opportunity ≥4 days,the decrease rate of CK and MB is negatively correlated with the operation opportunity,and when the operation opportunity < 4 days,the reduction rates of CK and MB were positively correlated with operation timing(p <0.05),and the correlation coefficient r > | 0.5 | was significant.At the same time,there was a significant good correlation between CK and MB reduction rate in all patients.(4)There was correlation between MB and CK change rate and the prognosis.MB and CK decrease rate was the higher,the prognosis was the better.Conclusion(1)The serum MB and CK of the patients with electric burn and common burn were significantly lower than those before operation.(2)The choice of operation opportunity of burn is related to the changes of MB and CK.In this study,the change rate of MB and CK is the most when the operation opportunity is the 4th day and the degree of improvement is the best,there was a negative correlation between the opportunity of surgery and the change rate when patients take operation after the 4th day,and a positive correlation between the opportunity of operation and the change rate when patients take operation before the 4th day.(3)The reduction rate of MB and CK in Electric Burn,common burn are related to the prognosis of patients.The higher reduction rate is,the better prognosis is.(4)The prognosis of burn patients with elevated MB and CK was best when the operation time was the 4th day. |
