| Objectives:To explore the effect of open treatment and conservative treatment on therapeutic effect of chidren with intracapsular condylar fractures and provide references for clinical treatment.Methods:36 patients with intracapsular condylar fractures were selected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China medical university from 2011 to 2017.36 cases with detail data were classified and the treatment.fixation pattern and effect according to different intracapsular dylar fracture were analyzed.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Finally,we selected two representative cases to make an introduction.Results:The follow-up findings of 36 patients with 51 lateral condylar fractures of the condyle were found: type1 31,type2 12,type3 7,type4 1.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between different treatment methods(P>0.05),suggesting that both conservative treatment and open reduction therapy could achieve satisfactory results.Compared with different fracture types,the mandibular elevation and the chin deviation(P>0.05)showed no significant difference,suggesting that the two treatments had no obvious effect on the children's face.Compared with the condylar reconstruction of different fracture types,suggesting that the treatment method should be carefully selected for type A fracture.Conclusion: The results that analyzing the fracture types,condylar reconstruction,mandibular branch height change,the deflection of the mentum of the children with intracapsular condylar fractures showed that two treatments had no effect on the long-term effect;There was no significant effect on the development of mandible.The fracture type has a certain effect on the condylar reconstruction of the patient,among which the prognosis of type A and M fracture is poor,and the treatment method should be carefully selected and followed closely. |
