Objective To explore the clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and survival prognosis of combined vascular resection and reconstruction in pancreatic cancer and portal vein/mesenteric vein. Methods The data of 107 patients with pancreatic cancer in our hospital were provided before, during and after surgery.By intraoperative whether patients with vascular resection reconstruction will be divided into the control group(91 cases)without vascular resection of reconstruction, and observation group(vascular resection reconstruction,16 cases),compare two groups of related parameters of preoperative and postoperative complications and long-term survival rate. Results Observation group average operation time of 485.3 min, average 943.7 ml intraoperatie blood loss, postoperative incidence of bacteremia(46%),the mean length of hospital stay,33.7 days were higher than control group in average operation time of393.3 min, average 442.8 ml intraoperatie blood loss, postoperative incidence of bacteremia(12%),postoperative hospitalization time 24.1 days on average, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with postoperative other complications except bacteremia had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the median survival time no statistically significant differences in the two groups(P = 0.802).Conclusion The invasion of pancreatic cancer and PV/SMV,such as no-surgical contraindication, good technique, combined vascular resection and reconstruction in intraoperatively, can improve the long-term survival rate of patients with the increase of patients' hospitalization time, which is worthy of clinical development.
