The Correlation Analysis Between NAION Patients' Changes Of The Concentration Of Platelet And Hemoglobin And Visual Field And OCT Examination

Objective: Obsrve the defect of visual field,and the thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer by Optical coherence tomography,and the change of the Blood cellcomposition,hemoglobin,Coagulation state of the nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy patient to make correlation analysis,and find out the potential Risk factors of NAION.Method: Using the Retrospective case control study,we chosen the 30 patients who are diagnosed NAION clearly and whose clinical date were complete from 2015 to 2018 in the opthalmologu department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University,and 30 healthy people(30 eyes)of physical examination at a physical date separately,the MD and s LV of General and sex as a contrast.We collect two group of the average thickness of RNFL Four quadrants of the rim of the disc and the count of RBC,WBC,PTL,MPV,HB,MHC,NEUT,MONO,and PT,APTT,FIB in the Blood cell analysis.Compare the difference between the NAION patients and normal group,and make correlation analysis on Value of visual field defect,OCT-RNFL and the composition of the blood cell,hemoglobin,Coagulation state.Result: the MD of NAION patients is(15.71±5.92)db,and the s LV is(5.36±1.87)db,which are higher than the normal group.And the Differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).In the RNFL of OCT,the Average thickness of the Upper quadrant(S)is(166.87±35.68)um,The Average thick ness of the lower quadeant(I)is(178.93±35.87)um,the Nasal quadrent(N)is(97.40±12.15)um,the temporal quadrant(T)is(99.10 ±15.18)um,and all four quadrants are Thicker than the normal group,and the Differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with the Normal group,the NAION group's patients' WBC,RBC,NEUT,MONO,MCH,MPV,PT,APTT,TT,and FIB have no statistical difference(P>0.05).While NAIONgroup's HB is(153.77±14.67)g/L,which is higher than the normal group,and the differences are statistically significant(p<0.05).NAION group's PTL is(227.80±45.14)×109/L,whiche is higher than the normal group,and the differences are statistically significant(p<0.05),while the RNFL of the OCT,MD,SLV,the count of RBC,WBC,PTL and Hemoglobin concentration have on statistical significant correlation.(r<0.5)Conclusion:NAION patients have Sever visual field defect,and four quadrants of OCT-RNFL are thickening.NAIONpatients higher Hemoglobin concentration and Platelet count than the normal group.The potential risk factor of NAION may be the higher Hemoglobin concentration and Platelet count.
