Stroke has already become a kind of common and frequently-occurring disease, which has a high rate of morbidity, mortality and relapse, seriously affecting the quality of life, and creating huge economic burdens both for families and the whole society. The study,on the TCM Syndrome of apoplexy, nowadays mainly include research of clinical symptoms and animal experiments. The objective to study clinical symptoms of apoplexy is searching the relationship between the TCM Syndrome of apoplexy and some indicators in the laboratory, in order to guide clinicians to perfect syndrome differentiation and improve the curative effect of clinical etc. Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine has gone through years of research and state administration. In 1996, the encephalopathic consortium of National Chinese Medicine Adminis-trative bureau announced Diagnosis-treatment Criteria of Stroke, which establishes standards for diagnosis of etiology, pathology-ical characteristics and developing laws of syndromes of TCM, and established standards of Staging and efficacy assessment in order to regulate scientific research of TCM. So, it has been widely generalized and effectively applied.Recent literature, which has reported the changes of coagul-ation index in acute stage of cerebral vascular diseases, indicates that coagulation index is a kind of objective indicators of sug-gesting the degree and prognosis of the disease in acute cerebro vascular disease, and mechanisms on coagulation index change were detailed studied as well as its effect on treatment. As the main types of stroke, ischemic stroke, whose acute stage is the golden period of treatment, are also choosed for further research by domestic and international numerous scholars. In this research, according to Chinese Herbal Medicine New Medicine Clinic Research Guideline, the author determined plasma coagulation indicators of different-syndromes patients in Acute Ischemic Stroke, and applied One-way ANOVA difference analysis and correlation analysis of statistical methods to explore the relationship between the TCM Syndrome of the Acute Ischemic Apoplexy and the changes of Plasma Coagulation Indicators. So we can combine diagnosis analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes with western medicine laboratory results (blood coagulation index, etc.), and confirme the objective bases according to differentiation of symptoms and signs. At the same time, we can provide the clinical evidence of diagnosis and treatment with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, so as to achieve good social and scientific benefit. In the 317 patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke, through to categorize syndromes defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine and detect haemostatic parameters, we applied chi-square test,ANOVA,rank sum test in statistics to compare difference among various TCM syndromes, and explore the Relationship between the TCM Syndrome of the Acute Ischemic Apoplexy and the changes of Blood Coagulation Indicators. Research shows that the wind-phLegm accumulation group is the main type of TCM syndromes in Acute Ischemic Stroke. Among the seven subgroups, levels of plasma FIB and TT are statistically significant in different syndromes (P<0.05), however, the plasma levels of PT and APTT were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The plasma levels of FIB in the phlegm-heat and sthenia of fu-organ group were higher than that in the wind-phlegm and blood stasis group,qi deficiency and blood stasis group and Yin-deficiency and wind generating group(P<0.05). The plasma levels of FIB in the Phlegm moisture disturb spirit group were higher than that in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group as well as Yin-deficiency and wind generating group. The plasma levels of TT in the wind-Phlegm accumulation group were more extended than that in the wind-heat disturbance group as well as the phlegm-heat and bowel stoppage group, but more abbreviated than the remaining four groups, there was significant difference between them (P<0.05). The plasma levels of TT in the wind-phlegm and blood stasis group were more extended than that in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group,Yin-deficiency and wind generating group,wind-heat disturbance group as well as the phlegm-heat and bowel stoppage group(P<0.05). The study showed that, to a certain extent, the plasma levels of TT and FIB were related to Chinese medicine of diagnosis and treatment according to syndrome differentiation scheme.FIB may be related to the phlegm invasion and sthenia-syndrome, while TT may be related to the fire of evil in the medical-related.
