Objective: in general medical services,to explore related risk factors of vascular cognitive dysfunction, tried to find the early cognitive dysfunction of high-risk groups, for people at high risk of early intervention of cognitive dysfunction, provide the basis for preventing development of cognitive dysfunction. Methods: screening in October 2016 to October 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university hospital of jinpenling district patients, aged 50 or older, exclusion of other known causes of cognitive dysfunction, included in the analysis of 95 cases. All subjects after detailed history, concise mental state examination and improvement of the Chinese version of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale assessment,to improve the Chinese version of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA)involved in the visual space, naming, memory, attention, executive function, language fluency, abstract thinking and delayed memory, directional force eight aspects, such as the cognitive domain of cognitive function assessment subjects.Cognitive dysfunction group 56,cognitive function normal group 39.Common cardiovascular risk factors in the analysis of general medical services: bad living habits(smoking, drinking),coronary heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid function, blood lipids and cognitive dysfunction such as correlation, using Logistic regression, there are differences in the single factor comparison factors of multi-factor analysis, analyzed the cognitive dysfunction and major cardiovascular risk factors. Results: the study included 56 patients with cognitive dysfunction and 39 in normal control group. There was no statistically significant difference in baseline clinical indicators(P BBB 0 0.05).Mo CA scores of cognitive dysfunction group and the control group and it is concluded that: after comparing the cognitive domain component Mo CA scores, attention, executive function/visual space, naming, memory, calculation, directional forces level 6 is the project were significantly lower than control group(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Group and the control group the related risk factors of cognitive dysfunction after comparing single factor: high blood pressure, coronary heart disease,diabetes,LDL-C level,TSH,FT4,FT3 level, smoking history, there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);In the experimental group, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, drinking history,TC level and TG level were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically signficant. The HDL-C level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The history of ischemic cerebral blood,HDL-C level, level of TG,TC level, drinking history into multiple factors analysis after Logistic regression: history of ischemic cerebral blood in VCI group,TG,TC,history of drinking is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance. The hdl-c level in the VCI group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Ischemic cerebrovascular disease,TG and TC are the major risk factors for vascular cognitive dysfunction.Hdl-c has protective effect on vascular cognitive dysfunction. This study for general practitioners in chronic diseases, especially chronic comorbidities management in early screening and identification of risk factors of influence cognitive dysfunction, thus development of prevention and treatment of vascular cognitive dysfunction, improving the quality of life for the elderly has important guiding significance.
