Stroke patients with lower extremity hemiplegia need active rehabilitation training to restore their lower extremity motor function.For the lower extremity motor function assessment of patients before and after rehabilitation training,rehabilitation physicians can make an objective analysis of patients' treatment status and develop rehabilitation goals and training programs targeted for patients,so that the patients can get better rehabilitation effect in a short time.In order to prevent patients' muscle from secondary damage during rehabilitation training and rehabilitation evaluation,the patients' degree of muscle fatigue is need to be evaluated.And the degree of muscle fatigue can also assess patient's rehabilitation effect to a certain extent.In this paper,the EMG data and kinematic data of subjects during exercise acquired by EMG acquisition system and self-designed human lower limb kinematics information acquisition system are used to assess subjects' lower extremity motor function.Characteristics of sEMG changes are used to evaluate the degree of muscle fatigue during static and dynamic contraction of subjects.The main work is as follows:(1)Study of rehabilitation assessment methods.The rehabilitation assessment indexes in human gait which can fully reflect the lower extremity motor function are studied,and the reasonableness of the selected indicators are verified through experiments.The weight of assessment indexes are determined based on analytic hierarchy process,and ultimately a relatively scientific,accurate and objective rehabilitation assessment model is built.The model can assess lower extremity motor function of patients by quantitative indicators,which can overcome the subjectivity and low sensitivity shortcomings of evaluation of clinical rehabilitation physician.(2)Study of muscle fatigue assessment methods.By collecting the subjects' sEMG during muscle fatigue,the changes of sEMG characteristic before and after fatigue are analyzed and compared.A muscle fatigue assessment method based on area ratio modified index of root mean square is proposed,and the sensitivity of muscle fatigue assessment of different characteristics of sEMG is analyzed with the experimental data.It's showed that the algorithm of root mean square area ratio modified index can be used as a quantitative indicator to assess muscle fatigue,and it is characterized by simpleness,reliability,easy understanding and high sensitivity.(3)Design of a lower limb rehabilitation evaluation system.A low-cost,portable lower limb kinematics data acquisition hardware device is developed,which can collect real-time lower limbs kinematic data of subject during exercise.A lower limb rehabilitation evaluation system combined with virtual reality technology is designed,which can acquire,analysis and display the EMG and kinematic data during exercise of patient and assess the effect of patient's rehabilitation training in real-time.Besides,a virtual reality 3D human skeleton model is employed to track the movement of the human lower limb joints in real-time.The system can improve the initiative of patient in rehabilitation training and completeness of rehabilitation assessment.
