| Objective: The main purpose of this study is based on data mining technology.analysis of Professor Liang Chao diagnosis and treatment of spleen Yang Qi deficiency "of various diseases,symptoms,prescription medication.In order to summarize Professor Liang Chao's diagnosis and treatment of "spleen qi deficiency syndrome," the dialectical points,medication methods,precautions and other experiences,in order to improve TCM treatment of "spleen yang deficiency syndrome" various diseases thinking.Methods: In this study,302 cases of "spleen yang deficiency" were collected by Professor Liang Chao from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and excluded from the standard screening.According to the symptoms,tongue coating,pulse,prescription,the standardization of Chinese medicine to correct after the rectification of a unified standardized database.The first use of Microsoft Excel 2010 documents,enter the contents of the database,including medical record number,name,gender,age,date,symptom records,tongue pulse,Chinese medicine and dose,prescription name.SPSS 23.0 software shipped after the frequency analysis Spleen yang deficiency patients basic information,symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine including dose,prescription.After using SPSS Clementine 12.0 software,using Apriori algorithm for the symptoms and symptoms,symptoms and Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine name and prescription,traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for the association years(24.5%),51-60 years(22.5%).Western diagnostic disease is more common for functional dyspepsia43.7% peak;chronic gastritis 14.0%;functional diarrhea and functional constipation 8.3%.Chinese medicine is more common name for the swelling of the full 22.5%;stomach pain 15.6%;abdominal pain 14.9%;11.6% diarrhea;constipation 8.6%.As well as non-digestive system diseases are found to be insipid 5.3%,4.6% consussion card and so on.2)Syndrome analysis: In this study,a total of 302 cases of spleen yang deficiency patients clinical,tongue analysis showed that patients with pale tongue 92.7% of the peak.Tongue performance for the tongue 97.4%mostly white;44.3% thin tongue;tongue greasy 74%,spleen yang deficiency of the tongue more common for the greasy tongue coating,thin white tongue fur and white greasy.The pulse was found to be 93.7% of the pulse.The main symptoms of spleen yang deficiency in this study include 22 main symptoms and secondary symptoms,indicating that the
