Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Modified Qiming Granule On Diabeticperipheral Neuropathy By Diagnose Diseases And Differential Treatment

Object: To explore the clinical efficacy of Qiming granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheralneuropathy by dialectical differentiation and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: Sixty-four cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were analyzed by randomized andcontrolled method.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the syndrome differentiation group and the fixed group group.Thesyndrome differentiation group was giventhe basic treatment+Qiming granule +Partial / prescription medication;fixed group was given the basic treatment+ Qiming particles,observed 12 weeks.To observe the changes of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,neuromyogram,neurological symptom score(Toronto clinicalscoring system),visual analogue scale,TCM syndrome and other indicators,and check the blood,urine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators,record adverse reactions,The efficacy and safety of the treatment regimen were evaluated.Results:(1)set of FPG disease syndrome differentiation treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),Hb Alc treatment has statistical significance(P <0.05),FPG,Hb Alc fixed drugs group after treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);Comparison between groups:two groups of FPG,Hb Alc after treatment there wasno statistically significantdifference(P > 0.05).2.The group of TCSS score disease syndrome differentiation treatment have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),fixed drugs groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups: TCSS score differences between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The two groups of VAS score after treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);Comparison between.groups: VAS score differences between the two groups after treatment with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.Disease syndrome differentiation treatment group after bilateral total,phil shallow,on the left side of the sural nerve conduction velocity and bilateral phil shallow nerve amplitude improved significantly(P < 0.01);Fixed drugs treatment group after the left side of the phil shallow nerve conduction velocity improved significantly(P < 0.01);Groupcomparison: between the two groups after treatment of bilateral phil shallow,sural nerve conduction velocity and bilateral phil shallow nerve amplitude curative effect comparison difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms total score were significantly improved(P <0.01),group of symptoms improve disease syndrome differentiation is superior to the fixed drugs group(P < 0.01).6.During the study period,the security index not seen obvious abnormity,no serious adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion: 1.Qiming granule in the improvement of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with neurological symptoms and signs,nerve conduction velocity,nerve amplitude of the effect is obvious,better than the use of Qiming particles fixed group.2.In the Qiming particles based onInvigorate the circulation of the pain,and based on the patient partial card,and the card plus the corresponding Chinese medicine,so that it is more for the "Qi and Yin Deficiency,Vein stasis resistance" DPN clinical pathology,improved Chinese medicine syndrome is better than the fixed side of the group.3.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,safety evaluation 1,preliminary evidence of Qiming granule in the clinical application of safe and reliable.
