Objective To observe the clinical effect of metabolic syndrome and Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture in treating limb sensory disturbance after stroke,and to deeply summarize,summarize and refine professor Li Ping's academic thoughts and clinical experience.Methods and Results In the light of the theory of treating metabolic syndrome from the spleen and soil,combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment,the author carries out in-depth analysis and research.A total of 90 MS patients in our hospital from February 2015 to June-2016 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group,45 cases in the control group,45 cases in the control group,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.The efficacy,blood pressure,BMI,waist circumference,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FPI,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the drug safety was observed.Compared with the control group,the blood pressure,BMI and waist circumference were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the SBP,DBP,BMI and waist circumference were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P < 0.05).Compared with the same group,the values of blood glucose in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group.The FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the same group,the values of blood lipid in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group.The TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).In this study,a randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.40 hospitalized patients with sensory disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated with symptomatic treatment,and the acupuncture group was treated with the acupuncture of Tong Du and the acupuncture combined with the local acupoint on the basis of the control group.The treatment was treated for 6 days each week,and the treatment was 2 weeks.In this study,a randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.40 hospitalized patients with sensory disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated with symptomatic treatment,and the acupuncture group was treated with the acupuncture of Tong Du and the acupuncture combined with the local acupoint on the basis of the control group.The treatment was treated for 6 days each week,and the treatment was 2 weeks.Conclusions This study concludes the important academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Li Ping on treatment of MS from spleen,the test results prove that the "MS rule" from the viewpoint of spleen is feasible,with self-made Wenpi Fuzheng Decoction based on flexible modification,combined with lifestyle intervention,can significantly reduce the MS patients the waist circumference,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,improve clinical symptoms,efficacy and good safety.1 in this study,the feeling of acupuncture in improving after stroke has remarkable curative effect on feeling disorder symptoms,quality of life,the function of the nervous system,symptoms of stroke;2 acupuncture to improve the function of nervous system sensory disorder patients,not immediately effective,the long-term effect is more obvious;3 with prolonged observation time,will effectively improve the quality of life of patients with high safety assessment;clinical application of 4 acupuncture therapy;5 on the sensory dysfunction after stroke clinical effect evaluation of the extension provides reliable medical evidence.
