Objective:To analyze the data of cases of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate in Shandong Jiaodong Peninsula,to understand the general epidemiological characteristics of Shandong Jiaodong Peninsula,and to identify risk factors associated with the development of nonsyndromic cleft lip and palate,in order to further study the pathogenesis of cleft lip and palate.Provides early prevention measures,as well as better treatment of cleft lip and palate related diseases provide a reference.Methods:This study enrolled 1,749 cases of nonsyndromic cleft lip and palate diagnosed and diagnosed at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from January 2000 to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.The data was entered into the EXCEL form and the results were analyzed.SPSS software was used for data analysis.Results: 1 The composition ratio of each type of cleft lip and palate:In 1749 patients,457 patients with simple cleft lip,accounts for about 26.13% of the total number of;Simple cleft palate patients with 799 cases,accounting for 45.68% of the total;493 patients with cleft palate with cleft palate,accounts for about 28.19% of the total.2 The composition ratio of sex in cleft lip and palate:In the total 1749 patient data,male: female = 1.03:1,simple cleft palate of male: female = 1:1.78 simple cleft lip in male: female = 1.68:1,the merger of cleft lip cleft palate patients male: female = 1.80:1,There was a significant difference in the ratio of sex between cleft lip and palate(c2 = 132.9,P < 0.05).3 The ratio of single and double sides of various types of cleft lip and fissure:Patients with cleft lip with or without cleft palate were unilateral: bilateral = 4.43:1,patients with simple cleft lip were unilateral: bilateral = 9.16:1,unilateral in patients with cleft lip and cleft palate: bilateral = 2.79:1.In all types of chapped,one side is more common and bilateral is rarer.The comparison of the composition ratios between single and double tests of different types of cracks was significant(c2 = 43.08,P < 0.05).4 The ratio of left and right sides of the cleft lip and palate:The number of left and right sides of various types of cleft lip and palate was compared,and the right side was significantly less than the left side.Among the patients with cleft lip cleft palate,the left side: right side = 1.69:1,the left side of the cleft lip only: the right side = 1.66:1?the left side of the cleft palate only: the right side = 1.96:1? 5 Statistics on the birth month of cleft lip and palate:Overall,the number of patients born in August was the highest,and the number of patients in June was the lowest.For patients with simple cleft lip and cleft palate,more patients were born in summer,and for patients with cleft lip and palate,more patients were born in the fall(c2=22.74,P<0.05).All patients with cleft lip and palate were born in February,March,April,and June.The number of patients born in August,September,October,and November was relatively high.(c2=42.16,P<0.05).6 Differences in cleft lip and palate in different regions:In this study,1,652 cases of 1749 patients were from Shandong,73.24% of them in rural areas,22.98% in cities and towns,and information statistics accounted for 3.77%.The overall figure is 3.19 times higher in rural areas than in urban areas.Among the patients with cleft lip and palate,80.73% were rural residents and 19.07% were urban patients.Among the patients with simple cleft lip,72.43% were rural patients and 23.41% were urban patients.69.09% of the rural population was purely cleft palate and 25.16% were urban residents.Different types of patients with cleft lip and palate have significant regional differences.(c2= 9.52,P < 0.05)7 Statistics of the number of patients in different years:From 2004 to 2006,the number of patients in 2007-2011 decreased by two small ranges,and the number of visits from 2013 to 2015 showed a downward trend.8 Family genetic and congenital malformations:In this paper,165 cases of family hereditary status were recorded,accounting for 9.43% of the total number.There were fewer cases of congenital malformations and no clear record was recorded.Conclusion:This paper uses the database of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital to analyze the general data of patients with cleft lip and palate,and obtains the general epidemiological characteristics related to the incidence of cleft lip and palate in Jiaodong Peninsula,Shandong Province: regardless of male or female,the number of cleft lip on the left side is the most in cleft lip patients.There are more men than women in cleft lip patients;more women than men in cleft palate patients;patients with cleft lip and palate are mostly from rural areas.The proportion of patients with cleft palate was the largest in all types of cleft lip and palate patients;the family history was associated with a small proportion of congenital malformations;those with cleft lip and palate disease were the least born in June and the most in August.Compared with the data from the census in Shandong Province,the incidence of cleft lip and palate in Shandong Jiaodong Peninsula has decreased in recent years.
