Objective:Through demineralization of enamel,the effects of ICON Caries Infiltrantvestibular and GC Tooth Mousse Plus(CPP-ACPF)and their combination on tooth remineralization were observed.Methods:Sixty newly extracted premolars due to orthodontics were randomly divided into two groups: group A(n = 30)and group B(n = 30).Group A of 4x4 mm from the cheek face of the body.And 37% phosphoric acid etching 60 seconds,using Icon Caries Infiltrantvestibular,GC Tooth Mousse Plus and the combination of the two,severally,before the acid etching,after the acid etching,after treatment with digital camera recording,using computer Photoshop Analysis technology for color analysis;group B of enamel blocks will be made from the tooth,and each will be divided into three window surfaces a?b?c,the same with 37% phosphoric acid etching window surface a and b for 60 seconds,no handling c,and the above methods to treat the demineralization surface a,with 0.1mmol/L rhodamine B fluorescent dyeing samples for one hour in three cases:before acid etching,after acid etching,after treatment,and the fluorescence in three cases were detected under laser confocal microscope.Using SPSS17.0 software to analyze the experimental data,the effect of two kinds of materials on the early demineralization of enamel was observed and compared.Results :1.The changes of average gray value(G)before acid etching,after acid etching and after treatment were statistically different by the computer Photoshop analysis technique,and the average gray value of ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular and GC Tooth Mousse Plus was lower than that of newly-demineralization.The average gray value of the ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular combined with the GC Tooth Mousse Plus group was obviously lower than that of the demineralization group,the ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular group and GC Tooth Mousse Plus group(P<0.05).2.Laser scanning confocal microscopy technology analysis the changes of fluorescence were statistically different before acid etching,after acid etching and after treatment,the total fluorescence(TF),average fluorescence(AF)and fluorescence area(FLA)were statistically different after the use of Icon Caries Infiltrant-vestibular and GC Tooth Mousse Plus compared with newly-demineralization.TF?AF?FMA of ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular combined with GC Tooth Mousse Plus group were significantly lower than that of demineralization group,ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular group and GC Tooth Mousse Plus group(P<0.05)Conclusions: The ICON Caries Infiltrant-vestibular,GC Tooth Mousse Plus and the combination of the two have a certain effect on restoration of tooth color and remineralization of the teeth,and the combined group has a significant advantage compared with the other two groups.
